All three are excellent versions. First time i've heard of
Lezli Valentine and it is great. I'd give the Moments the edge by a nose but all three are great versions and you rarely find that. Don't laugh at my funk
This funk is a serious joint | |

SoulAlive said: It actually was recorded cheaply in Sylvia Robinsons basment studio. It was unfinished at the time. I believe there was a dealine that they had to make so it was rushed. I believe thats why the verses go on so long. I believe the Moments original was the best verson. No one can out do the Moments. Not even the Delfonics at the time to me. My preferred version is the one by the Moments. Male soul vocal groups are my weakness On the Org since 2005.
