Michael Jackson's Death - Officially Labelled As Homicide

http://www.timesonline.co...808546.ece

Michael Jackson’s death is being treated as a homicide by the Los Angeles County Coroner, it has emerged tonight.

A law enforcement official in Los Angeles confirmed this evening that a ruling from the coroner’s office has deemed Jackson’s death to be a homicide.

An investigation is ongoing to determine whether anyone is to blame for Jackson’s death and to what extent, although homicide is not necessarily equivalent to murder and can include manslaughter.

manslaughter will prob be the case....there seems to be a clear case that MJ requested high volumes of drugs and the more you take, the more it takes for them to take effect...nod shame.
Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

If I'm a betting man, I would go with involuntary manslaughter.

I think it's pretty self evident that 99% of the doctors MJ surrounded himself with were more concerned with his money and social status than his health and well being. Hell scratch that... 99% of the PEOPLE, not just the doctors...

Isn't that true of a lot of stars? They never surround themselves with folks who truly care about them, always these yes-people.

this is because HEALTH and TREATMENT and all these things, are PROFIT based, who the fuck started that system??? I just rip away the layers of this case and really look at what HEALTH in america basically is.

EXAMPLE: You see someone dieing on the street, and they are saying "help me help me" and You say "ok, how much money you got for this help".....

Now the MJ case is different because there was nothing wrong with him, he was just an addict and he had nothing BUT pushers around him, which is what doctors are, pushers in white coats. GOD DAMN BILL MAHER was saying this bullshit a decade ago, as was Michael Moore, and what were most of america saying, "you guys are just left wing nuts, unamerican"

Look when i went to High School i was shy, but i got over it, DO YOU KNOW NOW that if i was in High School they would have we taking pills for that shyness, are we the dumbest FUCKING COUNTRY and people ever??

Damn shame really but if you view this objectively, there is enough culpability all around:

MJ-Had a serious chemical dependency issue. Here is a man who had his struggles like we all do and the years of pain (from the Pepsi commercial, other things) and performing (since the 1960's) were finally catching up with him. I personally believe he tried his best to be healthy for his fans and AEG Live, who was paying him big money for his London concerts. The man was a money making machine for years and like all machines, needed maintenance, therefore he surrounded himself with physicians that would supply him with the goods to be ready to perform. For every doctor that probably said NO to MJ's demands(for certain drugs), there would be one who said yes, which leads me to....

Dr. Murray-SHould not have been blinded by the $ and the demands of the high profile patient. In addition, his actions of the day of the death and even down here in Houston (where I live) where his clinic is shady as hell. How in the heck do you leave a patient unattended after applying such a powerful sedative? If the police want someone to blame, they should also look at the.....

Santa Barbara PD-Back when they raided Neverland in 2004 or so (for the second molestation case), pharmaceutical drugs were found on the premises. Instead of barking up the wrong tree, they could have possibly gone after the docs supplying MJ & his docs (and probably many others in Hollywood) with illegal prescription drugs. The LAPD will connect all the dots, but this could get real messy when its all said and done.

In court, MJ's medical records will become fair game for the defense and if there is a paper trail (whether electronically or otherwise), they will find a way to distribute the blame equally, so an involuntary manslaughter conviction would not be surprising. Dr. Conrad Murray is just a pawn in a much larger game, but he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar, which led to the unfortunate events of June 25th.

Who bleeched his skin, using the vertiligo excuse?

Who did go through at least 30 plastic surgery operations, saying it were just 3?

Who payed nurses with eggcells and friends with seed to 'create' kids for him? Have you seen the video's of his 'so called kids'? Did you notice the fear in their eyes? Its called child abuse.

Who kept saying 'sleeping in one bed with kids' is normal?

MJ was a fucked up individual, that simply it is, and when you lay the blame at his lawyers, accountants and managers, you dont get the basic thing of personal responsibility.

Whether you have a $100 dollars, or you have $100 million, purchase your drugs from a street pusher or from a doctors office, eventually people with substance abuse problems have two ominous choices, death and/or prison. Computerblue is right people will speculate for weeks to come (myself included) and will place blame on who did what and question their motives, but at the end of the day Michael was a drug addict, his choice. Would it given everyone comfort if Michael had driven his car to the "hood" and bought illegal street drugs? Or, maybe thought differently if Michael street drug pusher given him home/curbside service? Would some still protest that people took advantage of him because they saw dollar signs? People do a lot of low down things they shouldn't do. Sadly, many of us (though we would claim not) are willing to sale our soul for 20 pieces of silver or less. I for one don't differentiate whether or not a drug dealer hangs his for sale sign on a street corner or behind the closed doors of a doctors office, it takes two to tango and in these instances someone had to asked the other to dance first. Was Michael taken advantage of? I'm sure he was. Did he have enablers? I'm sure he did but Michael also took full advantage and used his wealth and his power to feed his addiction and purchase his lackeys.

It appears charges will be brought against Dr. Murray and possibly others responsible in assisting Michael in feeding his drug habit. If it can be proven they've violate the law, they should be sentenced to jail. If it can be proven they've violated any of their respective professions ethical guidlines, pledges, or oaths they should be reprimanded. To constantly place the blame at others feet for the choices Michael made is subterfuge. (IMO)

Its clear that Mj had a sleeping problem, and even if he did beg Murray- Murray is the one who has full authority to tell Michael that he can go about other ways of getting him help for his insomnia issues, not through Propofol.

I think it's more than manslaughter.
I'd call it negligent homicide at least.
This man was a physician, who should have known and certainly had the means to know better. This wasn't a drug Michael could give himself safely.
If it were a non-physician personal friend who had administered it, it would be manslaughter and probably no jail sentence.

IT can't be suicide. He didn't give himself the fatal dose of propofol. The doctor did. Homicide.

From the story I read this afternoon, Dr. Conrad had been administering drugs to Michael for over 10 hours before giving him an even stronger drug. As a doctor he should have known MJ could not be metabolizing the drugs. Michael was apparently addicted to the propofol to sleep even psychologically. A placebo would have probably put him to sleep. But giving him the real deal shut his body down.
