If he had been quiet or at least his attorney, then they would have had a chance to talk about what's true and what's not. It's already tainting a potential jury pool against him. but since an attorney was not present, can't he just claim that he was forced by the police to say what they say he said? No. He was not under arrest. If police arrest you they can't talk to you without an attorney or your consent to talk without an attorney present. I don't want you to think like me. What responsibility will be assigned to AEG in all this? Didn't he come from them? , [Edited 8/25/09 14:57pm] Where AEG have liability? They obviously did not insist that they get to choose his doctor. And if they did have such control, how is that MJ apparently hired the doctor and set the terms of his employment? IF MJ set the terms of employment, AEG is off the hook even if they were footing the bill. I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think. | |
