Phil Collins said this 23 years ago but he's right:

"This is a land of confusion!"

Yeah something is off but I honestly don't believe this AEG set out to murder him stuff like they saying on KOPD ..I don't believe that

this is the stupidest line of reasoning. Nobody wanted him dead.

This is why I'm leaving the KOPD and MJJC, both boards are insinuating because Michael "felt forced" to do the shows that they may "have a hand in it". A load of crock. This is between MJ and his doctors.

what bugs me the most are the what ifs..

what if michael had a better drug dealer, someone who called 911 as soon as there were problems. he had a life scare and maybe it wouldve scared him straight and he couldve lived sad

I think MJ signed his AEG contact while he was on drugs.

Other times in the past he turned down AEG regarding the concerts. Its not like AEG was forcing him to do the shows.

Him and Tohme certainly were a mess for a client-manager team.

And remember, Michael has said in depositions that he hasn't remembered signing certain papers (b/c of being impaired from drugs), when he was asked about certain papers.

So this AEG contract deal could just be another example of MJ's drug use impairing his judgement.

He did. I kept thinking why he was acting all weird on stage.

I knew something was not right about him.

Whereas if you look at him in the World Music Awards 2006 speech, its like watching a whole different person. He's well spoken, and gives a good length speech.

This whole thing is truly sad sad It's a shame that Michael needed help/intervention and nobody stepped in, but what is equally sad is that this doctor did some real unethical shit mad All it took was for him to say "No" now he's probably the most hated individual on the planet eek I wish they would bury Michael already and let him rest in peace like he deserves.

i'd be willing to bet money he was on xanax or some antianxiety meds. he's wearing sunglasses and just seems like, too relaxed/out of it. it had been his first appearance in awhile so it'd make sense that he'd be nervous about it.

another thing that made me sad about the new tour or happy i guess, was that mj was surprised at how quickly the shows sold out..like he doubted himself. at least he ended on a high note

And his attorney is already saying the LAPD is twisting his words. Maybe not about the time he gave him the stuff but some other stuff.

was he read his rights? or is he going to be able to claim they are lying about everything because of the technicality that would throw out their testimony becuause said rights weren't read.

Why would they have to read him his rights to interview him? You only get Mirandized if you are being arrested. If he's free to leave and/or end the interview, then he is not in police custody and what he tells police can be used against him.
I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.
