I hope people realize that the official coroner report is still sealed and the report that is being shown is a leaked statement which Dr Murray gave to the police about what happened on the night/morning of MJ death.

There are obvious holes in this story, for instance why would MJ still be asking for propolfol at 10:40 in the morning when he was suppose to be up and getting ready for his rehersals? Most people who suffer from insomania give up trying to sleep once it reaches a certain time especially if they have things to do.

My feelings exactly.

And his attorney is already saying the LAPD is twisting his words. Maybe not about the time he gave him the stuff but some other stuff.

was he read his rights? or is he going to be able to claim they are lying about everything because of the technicality that would throw out their testimony becuause said rights weren't read.

As far as I know, no he hasn't been read his rights, he hasn't even been arrested yet. They're still investigating.

That's when the doc screwed up big time. If what he's saying was true, naturally they would twist his words and use them against him. He and his lawyers should have used his rights to remain silent and prep for a defense knowing that they'd come after him. This was discussed on Larry King last night.

Yep, that's why I believe he's going down. If he had been quiet or at least his attorney, then they would have had a chance to talk about what's true and what's not. It's already tainting a potential jury pool against him.

but since an attorney was not present, can't he just claim that he was forced by the police to say what they say he said?

That's the point, he's not disagreeing that he gave MJ the drugs (even though according to them he didn't mention any other drugs besides what he said he gave him). He's actually arguing over the time that the LAPD has him giving him the stuff and the time he supposedly left and then return to find MJ unconscious.

Another example how drugs were more important than even his own children. Michael obviously didn't give a shit less of the possible consequences of his habit.

Superstars all have egos. nod Michael definitely had one.

MJ had more than an ego he was a total narcissist, but who can blame him..the way he grew up..it was destined.

dude, that doesn't have to do with michael directly it has to do with murray having horrible judgment.

that was my point anyways, and yes, drugs=bad

dude, it has everything to do with Michael's willful lack of judgement when it came to how he handled his health. Michael had a deathwish. He got it. Simple as that.

one who doesn't know what the hell they're doing! I do want him to face penalties for being a dumbass but hope it's tempered with Michael's willful engagement in all the madness he had to bring.

What responsibility will be assigned to AEG in all this? Didn't he come from them?

That's still not clear yet. confused It's either AEG or MJ, they're not sure yet. That's why I'm wondering if they're investigating how did Murray get into MJ's circle?

It's been said that Michael "requested" him, if so he's requesting him with an outside party no? If Michael hired him directly, he'd only have to answer for himself and make a request to nobody else.
