This is a cool collection of their Psychedelic funk era.

Here are two Psychedelic funk cuts I dig.

Ungena Za Ulimengu (Unite The World) from the Sky's The Limit LP.

Stop The War Now from the Solid Rock LP.

Definately my fave period from them. Although they had hits from this period, overall, I think this era for them is very underrated. I also love their albums "1990" and "Masterpiece". I dig Norman Whitfield's production. He took The Tempts the way of Funkadelic and it worked. That tape recorder came in handy, I see. George, Billy, Eddie & Bernie ALL should have been receiving royalties from ALL of The Tempts hits from this period.

Yeah, I love those two tracks as well. No one that I know, besides myself, NEVER talks about the "Masterpiece" and "1990" albums. I wrote a thread about both albums 3 years ago on here.

Yeah, I believe fans of their earlier sound didn't get the trippy psychedelic Temptations. I my have posted on a couple of threads that were about songs from the Masterpiece and 1990 LP's.
