Ginuwine & Michael Jackson Like many artists of his generation, Ginuwine doesn’t bite his tongue when it comes to talking about how the late Michael Jackson influenced him. “I was a little kid when I saw the wonder that was the Motown 25 special,” Ginuwine remembers. Sitting at the desk in his manager’s midtown Manhattan office, his voice is gentle as his demeanor.
“After that I became the boy in the mirror,” admits the man born Elgin Baylor Lumpkin in Washington D.C. “My aunt gave me a glittering glove, my mom bought me a red leather jacket and I spent all my time dancing and singing.” http://soulsummer.com/ezi...s-of-a-man

He messed up 'When Doves Cry' and err, that's it! He may have messed it up, but he has done some decent work over his career. "Pony" is his biggest hit: Other hits: His latest hits: **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

What makes u consider him cheesy? I don't consider myself a big fan of his, but I think he is a decent singer. One thing that hold G back is his lack of writing. He's a good performer and a decent singer, though. Now, in the 90s, they marketed him as this sex symbol, but he's all about making the kind of music he wants. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

This song just came up in my iTunes. It's from his latest album and I am really feeling it. It's a duet with Brandy.

I don't care for him either. I like Differences and that's it. Dude seem to oversing stuff to prove something. Pretty much Timbaland and Missy produced garbage. Don't laugh at my funk
This funk is a serious joint

Yeah, I don't know why you would consider him cheesy. Sure his latest material isn't as strong as his mid 90s stuff, but you gotta admit he does have some talent. Perhaps you don't understand his music cause it doesn't cater to you.. To other causal fans of his music, peep Only When Ur Lonely from his 1st album, The Bachelor, cause that's my joint rite there!

I love Ginuwine. And I think he's very, very talented. He is a great singer, a great dancer, and a great songwriter. He's a great live singer. I love his new CD A Man's Thoughts. I just bought it the other day.
