To me personally, I consider Bowie to be one of the greatest singular artists to ever release music. He has influenced countless of artists musically, visually, conceptually, the whole 9. In the magical 70's, during a period where it was LOADED with talent from MANY other artists, Bowie still managed to stay ahead of the pack. Constantly changing and re-inventing himself album after album and always represented himself as a complete individual and maverick. Bowie is a true artist.

but always found this a very odd performance. Bowie is in corporate rocker crooning mode while Annie is in a freaky, theatrical wailing mode. she's trying to take him there, but he ain't having it
