I liked it (obviously you didn't). I still cannot understand why they chose to release the horrible I Look To You over this or Million Dollar Bill first. Even the horrible duet with Akon would do better than I Look To You

Nippy's multi-platinum days are long gone. She'll be lucky if the upcoming disc goes platinum one time. She'll need very strong support from Pop radio to do anything more and based on the lackluster response from the initial song that was released to radio, it won't happen. The official single, "Million Dollar Baby", is too R&B throwback, so "mainstream" stations won't pick up that one.

targetting different markets? "adult" radio is her bread and butter, so they probably wanted "I Look To You" for that market to make the people who bought her records in the first place know she's got something on the way.
