I just watched Entertainment Tonight and it said a movie is in the works. Heres the details-there gonna use sum of the rehearsal footage, PG rating,under 150 minutes,cant potray MJ in a negative light and will be released theatrically Oct 2. It's basically gonna be a behind-the-scenes documentary using the hundreds of hours of rehearsal footage they have... I think in a similar vein to Madonna's I'm Going To Tell You A Secret.

I'm really looking forward to seeing what MJ had been working on... I've heard that they're going to include the Dome project videos he had finished and was planning on broadcasting during the o2 shows.

I doubt this will be a theatrical release. I don't care how much they gussy it up with 3-D and shit. 2 hours of rehearsing is just that. Don't get me wrong, I'd watch that on youtube or in a VH-1 special but I'm not paying my money to sit for two hours in a theater, especially when the money wouldn't even be lining MJ's pockets. It's not a wonder that Michael was an addict. I would hate to be treated like a dancing ATM too.

This does sound tacky.

They should have included rehearsal footage as a bonus disc in an upcoming cd of latest music from Michael Jackson (which Michael was anticipating for a new album)

Theres a bootleg dvd of the BAD tour from japan available from Amazon.com. IDK if its any good or not
