Frank,
I know that you knew Michael was "troubled" (for lack of a better word that encompasses the entire situation.) His weight alone was disturbing evidence of this. You saw this and you knew and were very aware of it but are denying it. You will only continue to embarass yourself at this point if you keep insisting upon this exaggeration that Michael was healthy, eating, and excited to do the concerts. Me and my friends spent many months with Michael, at least one of us saw and spoke to him almost every single day during the last year (not to mention the previous 15 years...) We saw him become continually more and more skinny in the past several months, sad and stressed almost to the point of tears in discussing the concerts, looking really down, very much not himself at times, apologizing for the way he looked (his weight), complaining of back pain, etc. Yes, of course there were also times when he was happy and enjoying himself and smiling and shopping and even excited at the thought of doing the concerts for his children and his fans and the message he wanted to share to the world. But predominantly he was troubled and it was OBVIOUS especially in the last couple months that he was INCREDIBLEY SKINNY to the point of needing someone to intervene. He was also missing rehearsals and there were too many times he was not feeling well. In the last several weeks of Michael's life it was so obvious it could not be ignored. We wondered how no one else was seeing what we were seeing, and was anyone doing anything about it? If we as fans could see it, it was for sure that those of you around him, working with him almost every day, could see it too. We had attempted to contact those around Michael that we felt might care enough to do something, but everyone was too obsessed with their own interests in "This Is It." I know that you were given some of our letters pleading for someone to intervene (by Karen Faye, who has said she was also concerned and used our letters to backup her own concerns) but you insisted everything was under control. Clearly everything was NOT under control, and you knew it as did Kenny Ortega, Randy Phillips, Travis Payne, Dr. Murray...there are many details we are aware, things that were done and said at rehearsals that prove you all knew Michael was in jeopardy, and we are NOT believing your lie saying Michael was healthy, eating, and excited to do the shows. Stop attempting to feed this lie any longer. Despite AEG denying it the following day, Michael DID say he had gone to sleep expecting to do 10 shows, and woke up to 50 shows. You have denied this also on Larry King Live. But you weren't there when he said it so you wouldn't know. Michael DID say this though and he said other statements to us with the same sentiment such as not having enough break days between show days. HOWEVER whether he LITERALLY went to sleep with 10 shows and woke up to 50 shows IS NOT THE POINT. Whether he actually signed a contract to do 31 shows and subsequently agreed to do 50 shows IS NOT THE POINT...it is what was in his HEART to do, what he felt he COULD DO, what he was ACTUALLY CAPABLE of doing, not what he was basically (financially) FORCED to do...and THIS is what YOU and others should have CARED about for him as a human being and not a money machine. His life should not have been "re-financed" in a way that made it necessary for him to literally die paying it back. So my question to you is this: We decided to write letters to Michael himself which we gave him the night before he died expressing our deep and dire concerns for him. We wrote specifically that we were afraid for his life. WHY WERE WE AFRAID FOR HIS LIFE AND YOU WERE NOT? Why could we see it, but SUPPOSEDLY you, Kenny, Randy, and everyone in the "inner circle" who could have actually helped Michael was blind to his trouble/pain/stress/insomnia/malnourishment? This is what I want to know. Why the FACADE that everything was alright/under control? Why was the circus not stopped before it was too late? Why are you pretending you didn't notice/didn't know anything when it was NOT POSSIBLE TO NOT NOTICE. Do you not even realize that you could have saved him if you had only tried...did you even ATTEMPT TO TRY??? At this point I would like you to simply ADMIT that you were actually aware that Michael was not really at a healthy weight, and not always in good spirits about the concerts. I would like an apology for the facade that is really only a slap in the face to his fans and Michael's memory by mostly Randy Phillips, Kenny Ortega, and yourself. Tell the truth already. I don't have it,but I did see it,and it made me sad. What still shocks me is how a fuckup like murray got through medical school. I've been through school, it ain't easy, and the stakes aren't that high. So with someone's life at stake, you would think he would be trained enough to at least be on his job. So...#1. No one should have been giving michael much of anything. #2. Murray is a complete fuckup, immoral and in this case even worse, incompetent.

Now the husband could have been there thru treatment and thru the pregnancy knowing that his wife was suffering- yet listening to this doctor assure him and her that the outcome would be positive and yes wanting his babies- did the couple ask for all those embryos to be implanted? were they wrong for trusting the doctor and following his procedure because they requested invitro? you hire a doctor to care for the patient not kill them- no matter what the patient requests- Murry could have asked for further assistance with Michael- ie- a sleep specialist, etcc LOVE HARD.

Police: Michael Jackson's Doctor Waited 82 Mins. Before Dialing 911 August 25, 2009 After treating Michael Jackson all night for insomnia with various powerful drugs, the pop star's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, noticed the singer had stopped breathing around 11 a.m. on June 25, according to a police affidavit. No less than 82 minutes would pass before a Jackson staffer dialed 911, apparently at the behest of Murray. This and other alleged suspicious behavior was outlined Monday by an LAPD detective in an unsealed search warrant as part of the ongoing manslaughter investigation into Jackson's death. The document, however, made note that detectives are still determining whether the singer died because of a single doctor, or the "grossly negligent treatment of several doctors" over time. Doctor on Phone Murray told police he was continuously monitoring Jackson all night at the singer's Holmby Hills mansion and had administered what would be the singer's final dose of propofol, a hospital-strength anesthetic, at around 10:40 a.m. Murray stated he left Jackson's side for no more than two minutes to use the restroom, only to return to find his patient not breathing. Police later obtained Murray's cell phone records, which revealed he was on the phone for 47 minutes – in three separate calls – beginning at 11:18 a.m., something he did not reveal to investigators, according to the affidavit. The document suggests Murray was either not paying full attention to Jackson's monitoring, or was frantically making calls following the discovery that the singer had stopped breathing. On Monday, Murray's attorney, Ed Chernoff, said in a statement: "Much of what was in the search warrant affidavit is factual. However, unfortunately, much is police theory. Most egregiously, the timeline reported by law enforcement was not obtained through interviews with Dr. Murray, as was implied by the affidavit. Dr. Murray simply never told investigators that he found Michael Jackson at 11:00 a.m. not breathing." No Word About Propofol The detective's report also alleges that Murray never informed paramedics or emergency room staff that he'd given Jackson propofol – lethal amounts of which were found in the singer's body by the L.A. coroner. Murray said only that he'd given Jackson the sedative lorazepam and an antidote. Police also say Murray refused to sign the death certificate at UCLA Medical Center, where the singer was pronounced dead. Shortly thereafter, detectives were called to the hospital to aid in the coroner's investigation, but they were unable to locate Murray despite repeated attempts to reach him, the affidavit adds. Moreover, police say a search of Jackson's home turned up a variety of sedatives and other prescription drugs in multiple vials and bottles – none of which were labeled as prescribed to any patient. There has also been no traceable record of any propofol purchases under Murray's medical license number, according to the document. Murray, who had been hired by Jackson around March or April of this year and had administered propofol intravenously to the singer nightly for six weeks prior to his death, has consistently denied any wrongdoing. Meanwhile, the L.A. coroner's office, which has yet to release a full autopsy report due to the LAPD's ongoing investigation, has reportedly ruled the singer's death a homicide. http://www.people.com/peo...94,00.html

If he had a bad night or some throat problems it can sound deeper. Or if he just talked a liitle bit louder than in the interview scenes it can sound different. i'm thinking that the police are struggling with manslaughter v second degree murder or something similar.
if manslaughter, i would think the timeline would move something more like this: murray administers the several drugs over the course of 8 hours, the last being propofal. he goes to bathroom, comes back, mj not breathing. he runs to bedroom door, screams for someone to call 911, goes back to mj and immediately starts cpr (breathing for mj, b/c mj supposedly still had a pulse). he doesn't stop until paramedics arrive. he tells them exactly what he gave mj, including the propofal, b/c ethically that's what doctor would do. they try to administer the anecdote but it doesn't work b/c mj is too far gone. the doc is charged with manslaughter, does a couple of years, maybe license suspended or even revoked if they can show he was administering drugs he wasn't supposed to be. bad outcome, but understandable. but see, nothing the doctor did seems like 'simple' manslaughter. i think he let mj die when he came back and saw he was in distress. (btw, i don't believe mj asked for the last injection of propofal after hearing doctors talk about the effects of those sedatives; i doubt he would have been coherent enough to do so. but that's my particular suspicion. ) murray knew he didn't have the equipment to ventilate him so there was nothing he could do, except call the paramedics and have to admit that he gave the propofal, which he shouldn't have had, admit he dispensed meds that he could not legally give, etc. and he didn't want to do that. all of his actions point to a 'cover up' of some sort. even if they only charge him with manslaughter, he's also looking at obstruction of justice, and a whole slew of other charges. he's not looking at a year or tow; he's looking at more serious time.

TMZ has reviewed financial documents that show MIchael Jackson's cash flow was in the red zone. Jackson's liquid cash totaled .05% of his net worth.
According to the documents obtained by TMZ, Jackson's net worth was estimated at $1,360,839,979 on July 31, 2007. It's a fortune, to be sure ... but of that $1,150,000,000 is the Sony-ATV Publishing Trust (Beatles Catalog). As for cold, hard "Cash in Bank" -- $668,215. Jackson could blow through that amount in a trip or two to the antique store. The other assets: -- Real property $73,475,000 (Neverland valued at $66,875,000, Encino Home valued at $6,600,000) -- Restricted cash $10,696,764 (this is a cash reserve to pay interest on loans) -- Media Archival materials $20,000,000 -- MJ Publishing Trust $85,000,000 -- Professional equipment $1,000,000 -- Automobiles, antiques, collectibles & other personal property $20,000,000 Combined assets total $1,360,839,979. As for liabilities, the big ticket item is Neverland -- $323,000,000. The description "Notes payable to Fortress are collateralized by Mr. Jackson's interest in the Sony-ATV Publishing Trust and a partial security interest in the Los Olivos, California (Neverland) property. Additionally, as of March 31, 2007, the bank holds restricted cash in the approximate amount of $7,803,621. With other liabilities, the sum comes to $331,000,000." Jackson's bottom line net worth was listed at $1,360,839,979. But the cash flow is pretty stunning. I'm confused...why did they say he was bankrupt then.

If Michael Jackson wasn't rich he would be another black man stealing for his fix. He happened to have enoguh money to avoid that path but the actions are the same both men doing wrong shit to get their fix. but aren't we conflating two issues here? one, let's assume that mj was as big an addict as everyone says. is that why dr. murray was hired? to keep him high? or was dr. murray hired to help him sleep? dr. murray had only been mj's doctor for 6 weeks, therefore, mj wouldn't have been using him for his daily fix of whaterver drug he purportedly was addicted to. dr. murray claims he was afraid the mj *might* be becomng addicted to the propofal which murray was only administering to him at night to help him sleep, and therefore started to give him sedatives. mj may have been taking other drugs during the day which murray will claim he was not aware of. but that doesn't let murray off the hook for administering a drug not prescribed for the purposes he was using it for, or for dispensing drugs period as he could not legally do so in cali (i believe). mj may have been an addict, but murray was not his drug dealer, per se. murray will go up on the manslaughter charges for administering propofal, and the other doctors who were the real dealers will possibly be brought up on charges as well.
