Invisible is even worse: some superstar living in his own mind, releasing an album the world isnt waiting for.

MJ is praised for being (originally) being an afro-american making it big in the mainstream, for his work with a gifted producer like Quincy Jones (right at that time that was, Jones hasnt really developed himself) , he is praised for his record sales in general.

People here seem to rate him based on commercial succes, that he was a fucked up individual sabotatiging his own musical career seems to be taken with a grain of salt

MJ might have been popular, but on an artistic level he is not a great artist, or an influential one, he was just a sell-out to superficiality and hedonism.

I understand you don't rate him as an artist - that's your point of view and you are entitled to it - but to say he wasn't an influential artist is ignoring generations of artist and musicians who claim him as a massive influence and inspiration.

StillDirrty	Imo, plastic surgery wise he looked best during Thriller. The nose was very nice. But Bad Era had all the sex appeal so he's hotter to me then. Here are 2 more:

He looked great during Thriller, but he was jus so skinny back than. I think he gained weight a LITTLE big later on. His eyebrows were also way to thin. I prefer them thicker. That´s why the Thriller era is not my all time favourite - lookswise.

But the Thriller pictures you posted, StillDirty, are hot.

A dangerous tour performance of Billie Jean with the red stripes on the pants photoshopped in. The notes detailing the pics in the album are pure comedy, and just plain wrong!
