I know this Miley child is a worldwide teeny phenomenon in the making, but I don't know anything about her really; the only thing I've been able to figure out about her thus far is that the child is always dressed atrociously. She always sounds as if she's mature when she speaks, which is okay, but her wardrobe tries to convey a sexniess that looks awkward and fails miserably. Anyhoo.... | |

All of these popular teenage girls want to be grown, mid-late 30s women so quickly for some reason, which causes them to actually look that way. Even Keke Palmer (who is 16 I think) dresses and acts way too old.  I'll never understand that.
That's why I like the two semi-popular actresses from "High School Musical." I think their names are Monique and Ashley.
