Chris Rock says Michael Jackson is a pedo

I'm giving you a single shred of evidence.

No evidence from the prosecution side was produced (and the prosecution spent millions and millions), and according to court documents, the kids couldn't keep their story straight. They would contradict themselves on court. The kid even admitted he was lying.
Moreover, the mother, Janet Arvizo, had a history of trying to work the system to her benefit (she even robbed a charity institution...). I was fortunate enought to read courtroom transcripts and all I can say is not once did he ever have anything to worry about.
The majority of his 'accusers' (including MacCauly Culkin) found the allegations laughable and the only teen who cried abuse gave testimony that was RIDDICULED with innacuracies (even the jurors started giggling one time, during Jason Francia's testimony).

Many people will admit that they never even researched about the 2005 Child Molestation Case and still say that Michael Jackson is guilty. However, if they knew the facts, their opinion would be quite different. It was known that the accuser, Gavin Arvizo, was a thief and a very unbehaved young man. He had previously had many suspensions and detentions because of his behavior in school. George Lopez, the well know comedian, testified in court that young Gavin Arvizo had stole 40 dollars from his wallet in the previous months. He would give money to the family (who kept asking for more) and was accused of having stolen 300 dollars from the family by Janet.
Gavin Arvizo's mother, Janet Arvizo, was pending a fine for assaulting a security guard at a JCPenney's and stealing over $1,000,000 worth of merchandise from that store. As you can see, the accuser and the accuser's family were well known scammers.
So, how could you believe the story of the molestation, when Gavin Arvizo himself admitted, before the trial, to his teacher, that Michael Jackson never molested him?
The DA, Tom Sneddon, was really desperate to get Jackson. He flew to Australia ,at one point, in the mid-90s, to try and find an alleged victim. And the person said, "take a a hike, get out
of here."
The media's coverage of this case was awful. They never showed to the public the defence side and that's why everyone got surprised when Jackson was acquitted.
Without a shadow of a doubt Michael Jackson was innocent in this case and the accusers were just out for cash. They had conned celebrities, charities and police departments before, but their target in this case was not about to roll over as they expected. Now, seriously, you should read court transcripts!!! You will die laughing; Davelin Arvizo, sister of the accuser, "forgot" to mention Michael Jackson had given her alcohol back when she talked to the cops, but of course remembered MJ given her alcohol on the stand. The Who "would believe me?" excuse given by 4 prosecution witnesses as to why they never called the cops is laughable. Jason cries over his balls being tickled (perhaps he just cries because he would lose the 2.5 millions of dollars he got from "National Enquirer" to lie against Jackson?).

As I said, Janet Arvizo had previously sued JC Penney's for alleged assault and molestation. In which her sons Star and Gavin testified and were later proven to have lied on the stand. During Star Arvizo's testimony, he explained the molestation act that Michael had supposedly performed on Gavin Arvizo. While I will not go into details, I can tell you that it was a completely different story than Gavin told. Read court transcripts. One big flaw in the prosecutions case is the time line of events. Tom Sneddon claimed that the molestation occurred AFTER the airing of the Martin Bashir "Living With Michael Jackson" documentary. Sneddon claimed that after the airing of the documentary, Jackson's people did everything in their power, including forcing the Arvizo's to make a rebuttal video in which the Arvizo's claim that everything stated was coached by Jackson's team, however (here's where it gets interesting), according to Sneddon and Gavin Arvizo, the molestation occurred AFTER this series of events. If Michael Jackson was already being questioned by almost every news media outlet about his involvment in Gavin Arvizo's life after the Bashir airing, WHY would he molest the child during that time? Why would he put himself in that position when people are already questioning his actions? The time line makes no sense.

Lastly, not only did Gavin Arvizo's testimony greatly vary from his brother's, but it also varied from his own previous grand jury testimony in which he claimed that the molestation happened before he saw officials who were investigating Michael due to the Bashir documentary, while during the criminal trial Gavin claimed the molestation happened AFTER the officals investigated.

MJ was far from a normal man, and did some very bizarre things, and no-one will deny that, inviting kids to your home for sleepovers is a very strange practice, and he had more than one allegation head to the courts for child abuse. he paid off one accuser and was found not guitly of the other, but that does not mean he was innocent. there are plenty of people found not guilty in court who are guilty of the crime, it's simply that sufficient evidence wasn't available to prove the case, so just because he wasn't found guilty doesn't mean he didn't do it. some may think he was innocent, but there are millions of people who think he was guilty, and more evidence emerges as time passes to back this up

people still ponder jfk's killing 40 years after the event, so it's to be expected that people will ponder a more recent event, particularly when the accused has recently passed and left the truth unanswered to many

Your post has explained everything though. People who think the way you do and show such displays of hatred with no evidence usually have deep issues of their own. Con artists who destroy an innocent man’s life also shouldn’t be taken lightly or be “excused” for their behavior.

My point is, Michael Jackson is not to blame for what you have unfortunately been subjected to witness or experience in your life. Instead of wasting your time on a computer bashing and hating a celebrity with evidence your using that has come from tabloids that have sold you that information, that energy and time could be spent on trying to put away real paedophiles or towards helping victims. If it really mattered to you that much, that is what you would do.

This thread was really only created out of jealousy from all the love Michael is receiving and nothing more. This obviously makes certain people angry so they use the easiest subject to bash Michael on. These people can "pretend" that they care about victims of abuse but if they really did, they would be contributing their time at helping an organization who helps victims instead of wasting your time creating or contributing to a thread on hating Michael Jackson. Its just an easy subject to use against him as an excuse for your hatred and as a cover for your jealousy. I think you people are really sad.

I only joined this forum to find some rare pictures for a nice birthday gesture for a friend who is a Prince fan and then I saw some threads on Michael Jackson. I cannot believe how truly fucked up people are on the internet, lol.The only reason I will waste my time responding to your post is because I did a uni assignment on Michael’s case back in 2005. I judged Michael on facts and not tabloid gossip. All my information was from COURT TRANSCRIPTS which were made available on his official website back then.

I will say all this only once:

FACTS: 15 million albums have been sold alone (not including digital downloads etc) since his death and I can assure you if these people believed he was guilty, they would not be buying his albums. So MILLIONS believe in his innocence! On top of that, he just broke another record with the 02 concerts which was the fastest selling tour in history! It was also the most amount of concerts sold in one city alone! I guess the trial didn’t destroy him after all.

First accuser got payed off? More like what sane parents would take money instead of taking his ass to jail if he REALLY molested their son? Your ignorant point doesn’t even make sense because NOWHERE in the settlement did it state that the chandlers couldn’t still pursue a criminal case against Michael DESPITE the money they received. So the “pay off” is completely irreverent because it did not stop them from pursuing a case against him. This 100% proves alone that all it was about was money because they took it and ran. If your child was truly molested, you wouldn’t even take money to begin with little own take the money and still have the opportunity to take the person to court but still not do so. Michael Jackson never lived a “normal” life so how can you expect him to live an ordinary lifestyle? He was famous since he was 5 years old. Not just normal fame either but the most famous person on earth where he literally could not step outside without getting mobbed. He has never lived with normal society, doing normal things like grocery shopping for example. The simple, normal things Michael has never even experienced once. Not even casually talking to a stranger in a mall or a bank, for example.

He lives in his own world because he was forced to. You cannot compare him to your average Joe and say “well sharing a bed is not normal”. Michael Jackson is naive to what society perceives as not looking “normal” because he has never experienced what that is. That is exactly what made him a target. Michael’s point was “What is wrong with sharing your bed?”. Really there is nothing wrong with it if your doing nothing wrong but it LOOKS wrong. This is what Michael socially doesn’t understand because he is not socially living in our normal every day society. Michael's point is that they are just going to sleep, so what is so wrong in allowing a child to sleep in your bed while you sleep on the floor. Michael has a point but regardless of how innocent it is, it is not socially acceptable. This is exactly what made him a vulnerable target to those allegations. In Michael's world, being a child star on tour constantly, he grew up sharing bedrooms with adults who were not related to him. People need to understand how different his life was to ours. But being “strange” does not make you guilty. The media although could fabricate and manipulate this simple quote to make a dozen fabricated stories.

A paedophile would not tell a global audience that he shared his bedroom sometimes with children. Please. The media ran with these stories making it like all he did was have child sleepovers. A jury for 6 whole months, every day, sat down and heard and saw every possible piece of evidence they could in the case against Michael Jackson. You and like most of the general public know 2% of what 99% of the jury knew. Your opinions are irrelevant. To sell you a story, they must generate your attention, so this involves scandalous headlines, bias reporting, pretty much sensationalism to an immense degree. Pretty much, lies.

The way the information was delivered to you was based on ratings and not justice. Sorry to break it to ya all. The fact that the case against Michael Jackson was the most expensive prosecution in history, yet they couldn’t find a shred of evidence against him, says enough. The prosecution brought in several of the the very best finger print experts, DNA testing which came back negative, 70 sheriffs raiding his home over a dozen times, traveling to Australia for evidence, setting up a website encouraging other victims to come forward, didn't work so they dangled money for victims to come forward, didn't work again lol and the list goes on and on.

One more thing: the father of the accuser, Gavin Arvizo, said the following: "My children are routinely rehearsed by their mother Janet to do or say whatever she wishes."

David Jackson was accused by Janet Arvizo of molesting Davelline Arvizo, sister of Gavin Arvizo.
