There is a good funk show that comes on where I live in the San Francisco Bay Area called the History Of Funk. It airs once a week on Friday from 10:00pm to 12:00am PST. Ricky Vincent is the host. He has written books on Funk. He has interviewed several funk arists on his show. The show is aired on Pacifica Radio which is non commercial and community supported.
