Looking for a rap song called "Ghetto Girl"

No, it's not the one by Sean Kingston or Bow Wow. This song came in the mid 90s-95 or 96 and the guy in the video was doing this crazy ass dance like he was having a seizure.

good question-the song was played on the box-the video looks like it was shot on a bball court-i think it was east coast

I believe the guys name was 8-Off, he was down with EPMD I believe. I remember the song, it got played to death on any underground Hip Hop show back in the summer of 95 when I was 16.
