He just looks normal to me. Sure, he's a bit heavier than he usually is, but he looks good.

My question is, can't he afford a newer car? This tell me he may be pretty frugal with his money.

but a George Michael is not supposed to look normal. He must be the comic character he used to be in the late 80s.

GM has enough money, he donates millions and his house is really tiny for a superstar. I think he is allowed to drive again, oh my God is this already two years ago when he was banned?

When I clicked on this, I expected that GM had gained a gigantic amount of weight and was around 300 pounds now.
He's not wildly overweight or obese at all. Just a few extra pounds around his waist.
Now his namesake, Boy George. There is a truly heavily disgustingly overweight person so that he is virtually unrecognizable. GM however is a normal weight for someone his age.

normal doesn't mean ideal.

Your ideal weight is: You length in cm, minus 110. change this number from cm in kg and you know your ideal weight.

That's a classic Mercedes 450SL and I had the same one up until last year. Great car for cruising and it's got some serious power. George always puts on weight in his "off time" as all of us Greeks tend to do smile We all lose it when the time comes. I'd rather have him working on his music then hitting the gym. I have a feeling the gray hair will start to dissapear eventually...At least he still has all his hair smile

George Michael don't look any different than he did. He's still recognizable, he just gained a few pounds and is, as it looks, embracing his middle age. I don't see the dramatic change. He still looks like George Michael.

seems to me, my expectations on GM are higher than yours!!!

I don't want him to be a middle aged man.

I want him to be the super-pop-star he used to be.

I heard he was.

And Grae, well that's what we all have to deal with (middle age). If not we'll try to pretend we're Peter Pan to stay young or something. Nobody who was a sex symbol in their 20s will have that same status as they get older. There's some exceptions though but I would think this is just a natural progression for him. He actually looks like his daddy. Which is not necessarily a bad thing least to me and some folks here and he's not even Boy George obese. lol

He often visits recording studios, let's hope he's recording something GOOD.

You don't have to deal with overweight as long as you stay disciplined and do some sports. My father is 178cm, 57 yo and only weighs 73kg because he takes care of himself.

George should do Tracy Anderson's training (what Madonna does), because than he will become "teeny-tiny and long and lean"

I love a guy with Grey though. lol

Besides, I was never attracted to the young GM, whether your talking about the über gay-ass Wham version or the Faith version.

You still have the image of George in your mind from 1987 and he's not that person anymore.

Why can't George be "normal"? I know several people that were friends with George when he lived in Dallas with Kenny (his partner). They all said he was very cool and loved to lead a normal life.

Yeah I think the Older-era George and the LWP George was more handsome than the teeny bopper George or the Faith-era George. smile Hell he looked awesome during his 25 Live tour and he doesn't look any different. In fact he actually looks healthier here than the pictures where he was out of it on drugs.

You're right. I just can't handle this. I don't want my idols to be human. Look at Madonna, she's the perfect example for an unhuman popstar.

Prince would be a better example. Sure, he's aged a little, but he looks a lot like he did during PR.

I doesn't bother me that they age. I just like to see them age well. People like Farrah Fawcett, Loni Anderson, etc. didn't age well to me. They either had bad plastic surgery or lived life too fast.

You're right, Prince is another great example. From all male popstars the best.

And he takes care of himself, that's all.

Huh? When he first started in the 80's, Boy George was not overweight and was gorgeous. Maybe you didn't find him attractive, because he looked feminine not masculine. But his looks were a huge part of his appeal. His career will go nowhere now because he looked so disgusting compared to the older pictures.

no, no, I have nothing against make-up on boys, I just think his face-morphology has always been mean and his head is too big, his nose too. No, compare him to other men back then, he never did look well.

Did people actually find him sexy, did girls want to sleep with him?
