Keyshia Cole's new album due out February 2010. Despite previous reports that Keyshia Cole's fourth album would be released by the end of this year, the singers publicist confirmed to me earlier today that the album won't be out until early 2010. The current aim is for somewhere around February, though nothing has been set in stone as-of-yet. So far the album is set to feature production from Kerry "Krucial" Brothers, The Runners, Kanye West, Missy Elliot, and possibly Darkchild. Keyshia's currently riding high off of the success of her third album "A Different Me" and it's latest single "Trust", a duet with Monica that's currently sitting at #7 on the R&B/Hip-Hop singles chart where it continues to rise each week. Look out for the urban-acoustic mid-tempo "This Is Us" to be released as the albums fourth and final single.

I know...I usually like 3 songs on her album and the rest is slow jam desert. I bought her first album on the strength of "Love" and "I Dont Love You No More" and because it was at 6.99 @ Target....and it wasnt bad. I have the other albums from my roomate too and they just don't stick with me. But I will give her a chance as usual. Straight Jacket Funk Affair
Album plays and love for vinyl records.

That could apply to many of today's albums. R&B artists got it all wrong... they only put one or two fast songs on an album when it should be all fast, and MAYBE one or two ballads but if the songs are outstanding.
