The thing about T.I. is that he's actually a decent rapper, but to go as far as calling himself king...NO. You mentioned Ego and sadly that's the driving force behind modern hip-hop and one of the reasons why I've tuned out for some years now. I somewhat agree with Vainandy..it has become "shit hop"
"Urban Legend" was T.I.'s best CD in my opinion. I think if there were to be a "king" of southern hip-hop it would be Scarface and strangely enough I think T.I. agrees because he referred to him as his father on the "King" album. Good music makes me happy. | |
