The Long And Winding Road Cover Song Question

I was listening to a cover of The Long And Winding Road om the radio. I don't know who the artist was who was singing it but it was from the 70's and the guy was ad libing "my baby, my baby". Does anyone know who the artist is who is singing the cover? thanks
