yep that's definitely mariah he sampled in the song. she was clearly drunk when she left that message as u can hear by the last part of the song when she's talking about cutting the tape. the odd thing is that it sounds like it was recorded in a studio because the quality sounds way too good to just be a voicemail. so i dont know what's up with that. he really got her good though. OUCH.
