Aladinsane is one of my all time fave albums...I fucking love Bowie. MAJOR ass influence of mine and the cat is just hella cool. Always have been. SynthiaRose said "I'm in love with blackguitaristz. Especially when he talks about Hendrix."

LOVE Bowie and, coincidentally, was listening to 'Aladdin Sane' all last week (and 'The Buddha Of Suburbia' album). I saw him play with Gail Ann Dorsey on the 'Outside' tour - great chemistry! 
My eternal regret is that I didn't see his 'Reality' tour  - I hope, hope, HOPE he plays live again, even on a small scale. I am sure, at some point, he will release another album again - I just can't imagine him sitting still for long enough.

Actually Bowie owes me a concert!  He was supposed to be in a festival here in Spain in July 2004, just 3 weeks after the angioplasty/heart attack/whatever it was. And after all these years I want my concert back! Still I wish "maybe next year..." I too keep Lion -- Go Peter go!! | |

That must have been sooooo disappointing  - I was supposed to see MJ a few weeks ago, so I can relate. Given how long Bowie's stayed away from performing, I really wouldn't be surprised if he never tours again :hrmph... but, there again, look at Tina Turner...! There's always hope.
