LOL I see. But let's compared Presley's death with Jackson's. OK, Elvis reportedly went into his bathroom at around, what 12:00-something when he croaked over, Elvis laid there for about an hour or two (I think) before Ginger Alden woke up to find Elvis, in his underwear, on the floor face down. There were reports from that day that said Elvis was given CPR, but one of his bodyguards, who wasn't there, said that didn't happen because Elvis had dropped on his chin and that immediately cut off passage making CPR impossible. Doctors who arrived didn't dare yet declare Elvis dead, so they brought him to the hospital. At this point, FOUR hours had already passed when Elvis croaked. Elvis was already dead but doctors still tried to resuscitate him until his personal nurse screamed in tears to stop because Elvis was already looking pale and gone. News reports originally said that he died of cardiac arrhythmia according to autopsy reports though this was always disputed (and that could be a reason why they haven't yet announced the cause of Michael's death because Elvis' autopsy reports was a lie). During all of this, Elvis' people took out all the drugs Elvis was using and emptied them in hopes in not telling the world that Elvis was addicted to prescription pills. This made the investigation into Elvis' death confusing because Memphis police couldn't yet investigate any possible doctors who may have given him the drugs that killed him though it was reported Elvis had taken his pills hours before his death and a 1994 autopsy into his body said he died of a violent heart attack though it's believed he died of multiple drug toxicity. Police tried charging Dr. Nick (Elvis' doctor) for negligence in 1980 but they couldn't prove Nick was guilty because Nick was trying to wean Elvis off his prescription drug cocktail in his final years. Conrad Murray is the Dr. Nick of the new millennium in this case though UNLIKE Dr. Nick, Michael had just hired him days before his death. I wonder how long it took until they called 911 on Elvis, probably longer than MJ's. I was probably one of the first people anywhere to sense that the Michael scene was eerily like Elvis'. I was saying this before the death of MJ was confirmed, and it's why I just knew he was gone. I'm a huge Elvis fan so the longevity of the reports of him being dead made me think of the lengths people went to keep Elvis alive. M- I am also like a (inaudible) ..dual roles (inaudible) in ...not easy girl. Why (inaudible)this happen to me? Just when I (inaudible) it/she fits perfect in (inaudible) life and I stayed away but still this happens . Her /the family will never let it be.. so I better get use to it cause she (inaudible) has a couple of (inaudible) left. (sighs loud) Here what I think from Blurbs in between all the inaudible and noisy static parts which were so many with these juicy parts..ughh So I am just adding some words that probably should go in the inaudible parts. they were watching movies or tired of watching . she tried to (do something to him) the whole (time) he was watching. whispers ..I liked it but (can't hear this part) I let her (sounds like) (do it )(lol) even though I shouldn't give in but after that everyday. The whole summer she became (one with me ). (sounds like-- she is not satisfied).....she is spoiled. I am also like a (I think he says) father..she has a couple of months?? ( i think) left with me.. Ok here's the random stuff ( bits and pieces I could here between all static)..don't quote me on this..lol , I am "guessing" this is what he is saying... first something about not having sex but being creative. This is not a sentence..I just got the part "sex...not yet..creative" I think she wants to stay a virgin but still wants him. Then something about head ..(Glenda asks "WHAT" )..then he says it adamantly "oral sex you know" then she says something to the effect" ..well you have to be fair?? do it also (somewhere else in the noise) he says " first time i want to so bad" then somewhere else after a minute of noise "should be memorable" ( it sounds like to me ..he wants her to remain a virgin but maybe do other things instead..hence third base question.) He sounds like he really likes maybe loves this girl. He further says sporadically in between noise.."i'm scared" (3 minute pause)"disappointed" " I'm a perfectionist" (about 2 minutes pause) "hurts" (2 min pause) "innocent" "purity" "look into her eyes" ( 2 min pause)Glenda says "its fine" "just try" something about a "light bulb"?? and something about a "fish bowl"..i have no idea what he means about the light bulb and fish bowl!! They giggle a lot and she laughs really loud so drowns out what he is saying..but I think he is saying he is thinking about it or had it..cause I don't think he is asking Glenda about her sex life..heheh And then he goes on to say these random words "is third base consider sex" ( pause) "It pains me" ( 1 min pause)" she' gets stiff" " she cuddles after"( pause) " satisfied" ( min pause) "immature" " I really want to" ( pause)" it s like coffee??" ( pause)"don't buy until u try???lol" (again I don't know what the heck that means) lol I think these parts are toooo random to post in the 6-1 conversation plus I can't be 100% on these since I don't know what context he is discussing it in. I wanna hear this.... only to the fans. if they are trying to build up a case they don't want the people who they are going after to know what all the information they know is.
I understand that. But since it´s completed, why don´t they release it? Or won´t they release it until they have someone behind the barrs? That's not quite true, no we didn't have CNN and all of that but Elvis' death was monumental, everyone was shocked. People flocked to graceland from all over, a couple people died in the ensuing bedlam. I can still remember his death, not even knowing who he was at the time. Michaels was eerily similar, only bigger and crazier.

I think it's so irresponsible too, how can anyone print or copy or repeat what Ian Halperin has said about anything when he is a known scumbag. Yet, someone pays the guy to write and someone prints the stories. Back in Elvis' day there was a writer named Steve Dunleavy who blew the top off of Elvis' secret life with "Elvis What Happened?" This was to come out shortly after Elvis death, Elvis knew about it and his Memphis Mafia were filmed talking openly about his drug abuse. People knew he wasn't in great shape, but you know, as it is with all of us, we don't and can't change people much. Billie Jean: I Want to Bond With Blanket Posted Aug 10th 2009 7:50PM by TMZ Staff Billie Jean Jackson is bound and determined to be a part of Blanket's life -- she just filed legal papers, begging the court to give her three days a week with Michael Jackson's youngest son. Billie Jean asks the court to grant her three wishes: 1) Hire a handwriting expert to check Michael's will for forgeries 2) Not to be arrested by Katherine Jackson or John Branca 3) Get to visit Blanket every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 2 PM And there's this: "MICHAEL JACKSON IS GOD, and GOD cannot die, yet his ESTATE is in this probate court." Let that simmer for a bit. [Edited 8/10/09 17:35pm] Mike is in heaven thinking "so this is the planet Earth where they called ME a wacko!" His former bodyguard was the one that dispute that, not me. Well, it's pretty much fact. I think after he died, either Joe Esposito or Charlie Hodge said something about not performing CPR. Why they said that who knows, probably had some reason. Another interesting thing, I read in a book, doctors conjecturing what the actual cause was. They said in a typical OD a person first goes unconscious then the system shuts down. So in that way, Elvis did not die of an OD as such. I think they just called it polypharmacy, well you know. They have several causes of death on a death certificate. Such as, "person died of xXXX as a result of XXXX as a result of XXXX. Similar to them saying Michael died of Cardiac arrest, means nothing, everyone who dies has cardiac arrest.

Ah I see. rubbish, cuddle buddy... most ridicioulouyuous thing I've ever heard.

Still No Final Resting Place For Michael August 11 He spent the last few years of his life on a globe-trotting odyssey, and now in death Michael Jackson still seems unable to find a permanent home. On the certificate recording Jackson's June 25 death, the entertainer's body is listed as being at Los Angeles' Forest Lawn Memorial Park, but that location is listed as temporary, and no amended death certificate has been filed with Los Angeles County. With the announcement Monday that the county coroner's office had completed its autopsy of Jackson, coupled with reports that investigators had returned a portion of Jackson's brain to his family, rumors of where his final resting place might be swirled across the Internet. But the people who know exactly where he is and where he might be going aren't saying. Forest Lawn spokesman Bill Martin declined to say if Jackson's body would be laid to rest permanently at the cemetery or if it is still there, citing the family's request for privacy. A family spokesman Jesse Derris said the family had no statement to make. In an interview broadcast Friday with CNN's Larry King, Jackson's older brother Jermaine said he would like to see his sibling laid to rest at Neverland Ranch, the bucolic estate in central California's wine country that the entertainer bought in 1988 and turned into his personal Peter Pan-like wonderland. But Jermaine Jackson said it would be up to his mother, Katherine, to make the final decision. Although it's rare for someone's remains not to be promptly buried or entombed, it's not unheard of. The body of one of Jackson's musical heroes, James Brown, remained unburied for two months after his 2006 death while people fought over control of his estate. Elvis Presley, whose daughter was once married to Jackson, was entombed at a Memphis, Tenn., cemetery for nearly two months after his death in August 1977, then moved to a garden at his Graceland mansion. The Forest Hill cemetery says on its Web site the temporary arrangement was made while Graceland was being prepared for Presley's burial. For Jackson to be buried on private property like Neverland his family would have to get approval from both state and local authorities. Before local officials would sign off they likely would want to schedule public hearings, said Nicole Koon, deputy communications director for Santa Barbara County. "Certainly there would be a review process that would be triggered when and if that permit request comes through to the county," she said, adding no such request had been made. During the nearly 20 years he lived at Neverland, Jackson turned its rolling hills and verdant pastures into a children's paradise, complete with bumper car rides, a Ferris wheel, a train modeled after the one at Disneyland and a zoo filled with tigers, elephants, orangutans and a giraffe. He regularly opened the estate to children by the hundreds, many of them from local schools, until he was arrested in 2004 and charged with molesting a 13-year-old boy. After being acquitted in 2005, Jackson abandoned Neverland, taking his three children with him on an international journey, living for a time in Bahrain and then Las Vegas. More recently he shuttled to London, where he was to launch a 50-show run of concerts in July that were to mark his return to the public eye and, he hoped, restore his image as the King of Pop. He was living in a rented mansion in Los Angeles and rehearsing for the shows when he died at age 50. http://www.startribune.co...page=1&c=y

Jackson's Death Reopens Painful Memories for Elvis Fans In the days after Michael Jackson's death, Joann Smith couldn't turn off her TV. She felt she was reliving the pain of her own idol's death almost 32 years ago — Elvis Presley. "I said 'I can't believe it's happening again,'" Smith recalled. "It hurt, it really did. Even though I wasn't a Michael Jackson fan, I could feel the pain because it happened to somebody I had loved, and I know what his family and his fans were going through." Smith, who is president of the Elvis Fever fan club in Jacksonville, Fla., and millions of others will remember the fallen icon Aug. 16, the day he was found dead in his home at age 42 in 1977, the victim of heart failure worsened by prescription drug abuse. They are quick to offer advice to Jackson fans: Focus on the pop idol's music and generosity, not his shortcomings or the rumors about his death. "Don't believe everything you hear and read," Smith warned. "Respect him for what you hear of his music and don't listen to the gossip." Sandi Pichon of Slidell, La., who says she knew Presley personally and has written two books about him, "Raised on Elvis! Elvis! Elvis!" and "Elvis on Tour '75," says the pain will ease but never lift. "Much like Elvis, once he touched your life you're never the same," Pichon said of Jackson. "The comfort they are going to find is listening to his music and relying on his memories and keeping the positive things alive." Pichon will travel to Presley's Graceland mansion in Memphis for Elvis Week, a nine-day run of festivals and events that begins Saturday. If Presley is any guide, there will be a proliferation of Jackson fan clubs. Elvis Presley Enterprises, a corporate entity created by Presley's trust to run Graceland, recognizes more than 500 active fan clubs around the world. "It's really nice to get together and reminisce — 'Did you see Elvis in concert?' 'What was it like?' 'I played this record until it was no more and I had to replace it,'" said Geri Vegher, president of Oklahoma Fans for Elvis. "It makes a difference to get together and talk things out and relive your memories. I'd tell Michael Jackson fans to be prepared to do that and to do it with gladness." Fans say it also helps having Graceland, a bustling museum and tourist site with more than 600,000 people a year passing through its music-note encrusted gates. The 13.8-acre home and grounds include the singer's grave. "I think it makes a difference," Vegher said. "I stand honor guard every year (at Graceland), and when people go up the hill to the grave site they're laughing, they're talking, they're reliving their memories. But when they come back down on the other side, they're sober, they're crying, they're very emotional." The connections between Presley's Graceland and Jackson's Neverland ranch are strong. Presley's daughter, Lisa Marie, was once married to Jackson, and some of the same questions about the future of Neverland were raised about Graceland. The Presley estate opened the property as a for-profit museum in 1982 to help pay for upkeep. Graceland has since become one of Memphis' top attractions. "Elvis kind of set the bar for a lot of things, not just the music but even concert production and how security is done. I think beyond his death he's still setting the bar in terms of how to manage the estate and market him," said Jamie Coyne, founder and vice president of Elvis Extravaganza Fan Club in Columbus, Ohio, which bills itself as the largest Elvis fan club in the world with 164,000 members. "If you take Elvis' grave away from Graceland and put it in a cemetery, you take away the moneymaking ability and the focal point for fans," Coyne said. But others believe Presley and Jackson shared a magnetism and connection to their fans that transcends any physical place or structure. "He could give you a grin that would melt your heart or make you believe you were the most special person in the world," Pichon said of Presley. "His love for his fans was reflected through his performance, and I think the same thing is true of Michael Jackson. People felt they were part of his life whether they knew him or not." Jackson Movie Coming Out With 3-D Digital Sequences Aug 11 Michael Jackson will be hitting the big screen on one of the toughest dates of the year at the box office. Sony Pictures today confirmed the long-reported deal that it is joining with Sony Music Entertainment to release a movie featuring behind-the-scenes and rehearsal footage from preparation for the late singer's "This Is It" concert series in London. Sony paid $60 million to concert producer AEG and the singer's estate for rights to turn the footage into a movie. Though the deal was negotiated last month, it was officially approved by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge today. The studio will release the film, also called "This Is It," worldwide on Friday, Oct. 30. Sony will no doubt be tying the opening into Michael Jackson's Halloween-oriented classic album and video "Thriller." But with the holiday falling on a Saturday, attendance will likely be soft on what's normally the busiest movie-going day of the week. Many of the fall's best release dates are already taken, however. The only other movie currently scheduled to open Oct. 30 is The Weinstein Co.'s comedy "Youth in Revolt." Sony also revealed that some sequences, which were shot for use in the concert, will be in digital 3-D. Now that the deal has been approved by the court, said a source close to the project, Sony will begin negotiations with "High School Musical" director Kenny Ortega, Jackson's creative partner on the concert series, to direct the movie. That will consist primarily of sorting through and editing the hundreds of hours of footage for which Sony has obtained theatrical rights.]
