So does that mean that Klein is the bio dad of the older two? Why didn't he just say so?

HELL NOOO!!!!! klein is just trying to distract the public from the fact that the police and the feds are on his ass investigating him just like conrad murray. he knows good and well his ugly ass didn't make those kids.

When asked by the judge to explain his objection, Dr Klein’s lawyer said that his client was not “a presumed parent” but that he had concerns about the children’s education and other day-to-day needs.

[Edited 8/3/09 15:21pm]

Exactly!

For all I care, I want him to take a DNA test, so the rumors can finally be put to rest because I am convinced all three are Michael's biological children.

Prince also looks like his great grandfather:

Paris looks like her mother but she certainly looks biracial and has her fathers smile:

Do we even need to go there with Blanket?

Also, Prince and Blanket look like brothers but have two different mothers!

The media truly are disgusting. I am sick of their fabricated stories! Just because Michael is no longer here, they are targeting his poor innocent children with tabloid trash!

*sigh* LOL OK, man. Whatever you say.

I didn't say Sony killed him. *I* think the doctor f'ed up, got scared, and didn't want to call an ambulance because the doc knew he would go to jail. So, he f'ed up some more and watched Michael die and THEN called the ambulance (I mean, what do you do w/ the world's most famous man's body?).

I think LaToya believes it was some sort of conspiracy (maybe just with AEG, who knows) because of the whole Sony drama that went down years earlier.

I know it sounds crazy, but the Sony stuff is true. And, if you don't believe me...*shrugs*...oh, well. But, I didn't get my info from anyone but direct sources--people that worked and lived with Michael and things Michael has said himself. I posted that because it was in reference to what Dick Gregory was talking about. It wasn't in reference to MJ passing away.

Are you saying Sony really were behind the molestation charges and all the rest?? Just asking, tell us more please. Sounds farfetched, but I'm open minded.

Yes. That is what I'm saying. And, it kinda makes sense when you think about things like how the family was so adamant about--we aren't asking for money, but CLEARLY were money-hungry people and CLEARLY (if you followed the case AT ALL were lying out of their ASSES). (I was in court SEVERAL times and saw both boys' testimonies, private videos of Michael with the kids, interviews with the kids and mom right before the allegations & they are praising Michael, etc. That family lied SO BAD I didn't know whether to laugh or kill innocent bystanders from being so pissed it even got into court.)

I know the Sony thing sounds far-fetched. Believe me, I was questioning it too. But that's when the person said--we are talking BILLIONS...with a B. Do you know how much money that is?!

Sony has been asking for Michael to give up his share of the catalog for YEARS. They sabotaged the Invincible project because they were mad at Michael's last refusal to sell. (They halted all shipments of the album after the first shipment. Remember, Invincible went #1 around the ENTIRE WORLD. But, then it was really hard to find in stores, unless it was used. It went from being #1 to slipping on the charts because no one could buy it. They also pulled out of doing the next music video. Michael had the idea for the music video ready and everything. Didn't anyone notice there were no videos to promote Invincible after YRMW? There was almost no promotion for that album at all.) Then, Michael shot back and all of those Sony demonstrations around the world happened. Those rallies got Tommy Mottola to resign because of all the negative backlash. Michael even gave a speech against Sony in NYC at the time of the fan demonstration that was in NYC in 2002. Sony and Michael have been back and forth for a WHILE now. And, again, there is a weird clause in his contract with the catalog about if he dies, goes to jail, or his public image tarnishes, he has to give up his share to Sony--not to family, anyone in his will, etc.

Anyway, I can't say how I got info, but two other people who are members of this board know the story as well. I've heard this from family members and Michael...not random ass people. So you guys can think what you want. I don't care. But, Michael wasn't paranoid for no reason. He wasn't crazy. He had evidence on paper. Also...ummm, Dieter being hired by Sony to take over Michael's assets?? Yeah, if THAT'S not shady as hell, then I don't know what is.

That's one of my favorite "Michael Jackson" outfits.

People love his gloves, his socks, the fedora, and the glitter. I do too. Those were incredible ideas of course. But, his arm band(s), as well as his finger tape, have always been the coolest clothing/accessory trademarks to me. Especially the arm bands. Growing up, I never wanted his socks or glove as much as I wanted my Mother to sew MJ arm bands on some of my tops, lol. Not only do they have a significant meaning [a symbol of suffering/starving children around the world], but they turned any jacket, suit or shirt into a "Michael Jackson" jacket, suit or shirt. Plus, it was a simple neat idea (inspired by military medics/police), yet the bands were bold in color and/or design so they could immediately grab your attention, but not overwhelm his outfits. I love that. I mean, just look at how you can see his band from a distance in this photo, and how it also blends into that suit. Just magnificent.

You are confusing two different allegations. The first allegation was pulled out of Evan Chandler's ass and if you want to know details of that (for the fan or non-fan who hasn't been paying attention), read "Was Michael Jackson Framed?" by Mary A. Fischer. It was an article in GQ, I believe in 1994.

The Sony thing was in reference to the trial. There was only one trial. With the first allegation, they took the money and ran.

ALSO...The DA's office knew about the alleged abuse (the second allegation) for weeks before filing a charge. Ummmm...WHO DOES THAT?! The DA's reasoning was because they didn't want to ruin Halloween, and there was a lot going on because of the holiday. Ummmm...OK. Good thing a supposed child molester is on the loose, supposedly molesting other kids because child molesters don't take breaks. Do you know when they ALERTED THE MEDIA (again wtf kinda police investigation does that?!) and raided Neverland??? THE DAY MICHAEL'S NEW RELEASE DROPPED. I am a crazy ridiculous big fan and even *I* didn't go get the album for DAYS because I was a wreck. So who the hell went out and bought it after hearing new allegations came up if you weren't a big fan?? Ummm...probably not many.

Press Statement by Attorneys for Dr. Arnold Klein August 4, 2009
August 03, 2009 08:24 PM Eastern Daylight Time
Press Statement by Attorneys for Dr. Arnold Klein, Mark Vincent Kaplan and Bradley P. Boyer

LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–According to family law specialist Mark Vincent Kaplan of Kaplan & Simon and Bradley P. Boyer of Ropers Majeski Kohn & Bentley, both of Los Angeles:

At 9:15 AM today, August 3, 2009, we appeared on behalf of Dr. Arnold Klein before Judge Mitchell Beckloff in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Probate Department 5, to ask the Court to allow Dr. Klein to have an opportunity to present evidence to the Court for its consideration in fashioning an appropriate guardianship order with specific protection and supervision in areas relating to Paris Katherine and Prince Michael’s upbringing that were of particular concern to Michael. Dr. Klein is not objecting to Katherine Jackson being the guardian nominee, but was acting on promises he made to Michael with respect to assuring the long term health and stability of the children and their ability to enjoy as normal of a life out of the spotlight as could be reasonably possible.

Dr. Klein has always had a special relationship with Paris Katherine and Prince Michael, loves and cares deeply for these children and is looking out for their best interest. Dr. Klein has been involved with the children in sharing holidays and other special events and wishes to have the ability to continue his involvement as a very close friend of their father and offers his guidance and protection forever.

Dr. Klein will make no further comments regarding this issue and asks the media to respect the privacy of the children.

Counsel appearing today agreed that they would file their papers on behalf of Dr. Klein on September 1, 2009.

The Sony stuff is true. I spent a lot of time outside that courthouse and talked to non crazy family members and friends of Michael's as well as Michael himself. They all backed this story up. In fact they're the ones who told me it. Now did they "sony" kill him? I don't know. That's some crazy shit. It's possible though. Look at it like this... If someone is to inherit 1 billion dollars when someone passes away, and that person dies unexpected of un-natural causes and causes they where not inflected upon themselves. And that person who died claimed shorty before his death that this group of people where trying to kill him to point this person grew to a state of paranoia. Would not have to at least question those people just inherited that billion dollars?

This was always spoken about. It's just that we're living in a world full of dummies who set up people for bait for anything. Saying Sony killed him or set up child molestation allegations will be like saying Disney leaked those private photos of Miley Cyrus and blaming Billy Ray for being a weirdo pervert.

And how come MJ was still linked to Sony if he knew they set him up for the trial just to get money? Was MJ poisoned? Right now it's as sensational as the stories of Omer being his son. shrug

Call me a non-believer but I'm not buying anything yet.

They're talking about the Number Ones album (greatest hits) which was released on Nov. 2003 (which is when the charges came) In fact Michael was in process shooting the video the for new song on that collection "One More Chance". Due to the charges the video was never completed. Michael also had new album slated to come out in 2004. Which also due to the trial was never released.

He was indicted in November of 2003 but some of the charges were reduced so he was indicted again in early 2004.

No, Michael was not poisoned, but he was paranoid they would get to him and somehow kill him. I guess he thought poisoning was the easiest, perhaps most non-traceable way they could do it??

Michael was still linked to Sony because of that little thing called a CONTRACT. He was legally bound to him. Otherwise, he would have told them to go F themselves...which, he kinda did anyway. lol

And, Timmy, you seem like a fan and a smart person. I'm not one for sensationalism or conspiracies either. I'm the one not believing that phone convo because, unlike many, I NEED PROOF before I believe crap. P2daP and I aren't getting this info from sensationalism, media, fans, hearsay, etc. If I were, I probably wouldn't even give it a second thought. I talked to Michael so many times I LITERALLY lost count. P2daP and I know people INCREDIBLY close to Michael...I'm talking living with, working with, same blood. I was with a family member when Michael called them VERY UPSET over the Sony stuff and that's when it was all explained to me. The person who was talking to Michael said "I love you very much" before they hung up and so I asked, "was that your mom?" "No, it was Michael." "How is he doing??" "He's REALLY upset..." And, the person who told me was worried as hell about Michael's LIFE and well-being themselves. I'm talking real worry, tears in the eyes. Not crazy worry, not crazy acting out on hearsay. I was told about documents and SEVERAL people were specifically named--all working for Sony. There were some bad people in Michael's life. And, when Michael started catching on, investigations took place and they uncovered Sony documents. This isn't hearsay stuff. There is evidence.

This is pretty random, except one of the last pictures posted of Michael (of him in the black outfit on the balcony) reminded me of it.

There was a reporter for the Santa Maria Times newspaper who was a REGULAR reporter during the trial. I knew some things about his private life because a friend of mine was his neighbor in Santa Maria. He wasn't exactly a good guy. I forgot his name (I could ask my friend if anyone really cared to know), but he had long graying hair. He was a white guy.

Anyway, I noticed when I would see him walk into court because of the stuff I had heard. One day he came into court and shortly after walking in, Tom Sneddon happened to turn around, and they locked eyes. Well, the reporter guy gave the Nazi/Hitler hand motion (I don't know what it's called) to Sneddon and SNEDDON SMILED AND NODDED. IN...F*CKING...COURT. My mouth LITERALLY dropped open in disbelief. I hit my friends sitting on either side of me and said, "PLEASE tell me you just saw that!!!" They had been talking and didn't and I was FUMING. I started asking people around us if they had been looking at Sneddon or the reporter and no one had been paying attention. I wanted to go up to a police (as if they would have done anything, seeing as half of them were corrupt assholes too) or to the reporter, but court was starting and I was afraid they would kick me out for making a scene. But, omg, I was FUMING. There were rumors that Sneddon's son was a member of the KKK. I never researched that. But, that's what was in the public...

Also, there was a (I believe?) city hall or some kind of government meeting before the trial and someone got up in front of the crowd and started talking about Michael. He said (this is a direct quote) "we're gonna run that n***er out of town!" and people clapped. Sneddon nodded his head. This was told to the media by a guy that was at the meeting. He came forth with the info when the trial/raid thing happened because he remembered that happening and thought it was a set up. He was NOT a MJ fan.

And, see, BOTH of those things seem CRAZY. CRAZY, right?! But, they happened. The first thing, I saw with my own two eyes and there was NO mistaking what he did or what it meant. There was no mistaking that Sneddon was in agreeance.

I was also in court the day Michael arrived in his pajamas. (Omgosh, I was crying my eyes out. I can't even TELL you how NERVE RACKING that was hearing them threatening to throw Michael in jail.) Court was supposed to have started and everyone was whispering and looking around--Where's Michael?? The judge came in and asked TMez where Michael was and TMez said he had been trying to reach him (I think at first he didn't know himself, because he called Mike about three times while in court/before court started.) The judge said, if he isn't here within (I think it was 20 or 30 mins), he will be put in jail. When the judge said that, Sneddon literally THREW BACK his head and laughed sooooo loud and sooooo evil. Like a HA HA HA!! laugh...just like that. Again, I was FUUUUUMING.

Then Diane Dimond (who should be run over because the world would be better off without her) was walking around to RANDOM PEOPLE she didn't even know in court saying "It's one minute past!!!! THROW HIM IN JAIIIIIL!!!!!" Over and over. If I didn't care about hearing what was gonna go down in court so bad, I would have told her off and gotten kicked out. I hated that bitch, and I don't hate people. lol

Mozfunky, it's cool. I simply don't believe the tapes cuz I know Mike's voice like the back of my hand and it doesn't sound like him to me. I've heard him sound a lot of different ways, but never like that. It COULD be...which would be strange. But, who knows. I don't really care either way. I just like to know the truth, whatever that may be. smile

Oh, and Numer Ones was released November 18th, 2003. They raided Neverland with a CRAP LOAD of media tipped off to film it on November 18, 2003. They waited WEEKS to do it or to make it public. They chose November 18th to do it. ASSHOLE move if you ask me. But, not surprising based on who we are talking about.

I hated that bitch, and I don't hate people. lol

that is some crazy shit, wonder if anyone else saw all that.

I just heard on On an old Cnn show, Michael really did offer Little Richard all his music back! Couldn't do it because of Sony but he tried. That is so beautiful. Little Richard is even a bigger idol of mine than Mike, I love you Mike.

Not surprising at all. Michael was fair, contrary to popular belief. Michael didn't even outbid Paul McCartney for the rights to the Beatles' catalog. Paul couldn't afford it and either didn't bid again or didn't bid period. Someone else won the bidding, but was unable to pay for it when the time came to pay. So they asked did anyone have cash to pay for it. NO ONE did. Not even Paul. So, Michael said he did...and he bought it. Fair and square. I *heard* he gave the rights back to Paul in his will, but that could be hearsay. But, Paul was NASTY, NASTY, NASTY to Michael. I mean NASTY. He called Michael at home and said something so distasteful and "politically incorrect" that many of you on this board would be livid. Again, this is from a direct source. Not hearsay. Someone made a "Paul McCartney Sucks Dick!" poster at the trial and asked Michael what he thought of it and Michael laughed at it. lol I nearly passed out from shock when I read Paul's statement after Michael passed. He was horrible to Michael before. PS-The Paul poster at the trial was because he was also someone after Michael's catalog.

I always thought this demo of "The Girl is Mine" had a Sam Cooke appeal to it.

Has anyone seen the court hearing (when that woman sued Michael over the song "Dangerous") where this is played and Michael starts singing? Ahhh...I love it. smile

It's sad to hear about and see MJ's and Paul's relationship and how nice it was before money got in the way of things. sad They were a REALLY good team. Sad how things turned out...

Thanks Timmy !!this song jumps at the MJ VS P parties ! this song for me has a happy/pensive feel to it !

I just wished Michael's music was re-marketed from beginning to end prior to his passing, his personal life pushed the music to the back for many even now some are obsessed with details we'll never know. Let's focus on the music like those who study greats of the past (Mozart ...not comparing)yet one's body of work is to know what their passion was. This is the best way to preserve what's important.
