So does that mean that Klein is the bio dad of the older two? Why didn't he just say so?

HELL NOOO!!!!! klein is just trying to distract the public from the fact that the police and the feds are on his ass investigating him just like conrad murray. he knows good and well his ugly ass didn't make those kids.

When asked by the judge to explain his objection, Dr Klein’s lawyer said that his client was not “a presumed parent” but that he had concerns about the children’s education and other day-to-day needs.

[Edited 8/3/09 15:21pm]

Oh, he´s concerned about the kids. What a bull****.

I wonder if Debbie told Klein to bring his lawyer to court for a last chance opportunity to get the kids.

It wasn't to see Klein though. It was some other doctor. I think Debbie just doesn't want the kids right now.

Klein was also all over Larry King going on about how Debbie should have the kids.

I bought like 7 different t-shirts - think they will be a while before they arrive here in Australia. One thing I am surprised about is that there is no Tour Booklet / Program.

You know that had to be working on one right?

At 12:18, he wanted to know the legal standing and obviously there wasn´t any cause few minutes later he said that Mike and Debbi are the parents.
That´s how I understand it.

Ok thanks. That's weird that he showed up. He keeps trying to throw speculation that he's the father. I'm confused, lol.

Yeah. Something is up with that. It makes no sense. I wonder if it was some type of legal maneuver where it opens the door for Debbie or Klein to come back later and claim custody of the kids. I really don't trust those 2.

I've heard Klein is gay. He should enjoy his life, dating young men. Why should he want his children?

Btw. Klein is German for little.

The following is a press released about the re-issue of Michael’s 1988 best seller ‘Moonwalk’.

“Harmony Books, an imprint of the Crown Publishing Group, announced today that it has acquired the rights to Michael Jackson’s one and only autobiography, MOONWALK. The deal was negotiated between Shaye Areheart, Vice President, Publisher, Harmony Books, Joy Harris of The Joy Harris Literary Agency, and a representative from the estate of Michael Joseph Jackson.

Originally published by Doubleday in 1988, MOONWALK was an instant #1 New York Times bestseller and sold close to 500,000 copies. It is the only book about his life that Michael Jackson ever wrote. The book chronicles his humble beginnings in the Midwest, his early days with the Jackson 5, and his unprecedented solo success. MOONWALK details his songwriting process for hits like Beat It, Rock With You, Billie Jean, and We Are the World; describes how he developed his signature dance style, including the Moon Walk; and opens the door to his very private personal relationships with his family, including sister Janet, and stars like Diana Ross, Berry Gordy, Marlon Brando, Quincy Jones, Paul McCartney, and Brooke Shields.

With an announced first printing of 100,000 copies, the new edition of MOONWALK will be published on October 13 at $25.00. It will include a new introduction from a well-known figure in the entertainment industry who was close to Michael and an afterword from Publisher Shaye Areheart who was, along with Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, Michael’s original editor at Doubleday.

“Publishing what sadly turned out to be Michael’s only autobiography was an exceptional experience for me. He was a brilliant and gracious man. It was a great privilege to have the opportunity to work with him,” said Ms. Areheart. “Since Michael’s untimely death in June, we all have witnessed the surge in public adoration and interest in which he was as a father, friend, mentor, songwriter, and legendary entertainer. This new edition of MOONWALK will continue to celebrate his life and career and show an extraordinary side of Michael that many have not seen.”

At the time of its original publication, MOONWALK broke the fiercely guarded barrier of silence that surrounded Michael Jackson and many, at the time, described the book as candid and courageous. Jackson talks openly about his wholly exceptional career and the crushing isolation of his fame, as well as the unfair rumors that have surrounded it.

MOONWALK is illustrated with rare photographs from Jackson family albums and Michael’s personal photographic archives, as well as a drawing done by Michael exclusively for the book. Proceeds earned by the estate will go to the Michael Jackson Family Trust, benefiting Michael’s children, his mother, Katherine, as well as charitable efforts he supported during his life.

MOONWALK was a worldwide bestseller when originally published. Foreign sales of the reissue of MOONWALK include Michel Lafon Publishing in France, Heinemann in the UK, and Heyne in Germany, with many more to come.

Foreign rights are being handled by The Joy Harris Literary Agency, Inc., in conjunction with Andrew Nurnberg Associates International Limited.

Hopefully they give it the original cover. They did not do this when they recently re-issued "Dancing The Dream". neutral

Funny how times change, Moonwalk is going on Ebay for over 50 bucks as well as a vhs of Moonwalker, I was thinking of putting mine's on there but I won't. I remember taking Moonwalk to a second hand bookstore way back in 90 and they wouldn't even take it. I read it a long time ago and don't really remember it as a very good bio although recently I looked at it and found some interesting stories which only Michael would be privy to. The Pepsi commercial was a big one for me also, it all reminded me how the man gave so much away. In a world full of selfishness, here is a man who gave the entire proceeds to the biggest tour in the world away. He also gave the money from the commercial away, what does Pepsi do? After getting half the man's head fried for nothing, they dump him before the first molestation case even had a chance to get started. Those are the things I am so mournful about, whatever Mike's faults, and I don't know what they were one way or another. I do know he was a kind, wonderfully giving person. Humans have a tragic tendency to destroy those kinds of men.

My Mom bought me the book when it first came out,but I have no idea where it went. I have seen the ones on Ebay,I looked cause I really would like to have a first edition of it,but I am either going to just order the new version (unless it has a different cover) or wait for the prices to go down on Ebay. Michael definately was a wonderful man,we will never see another like him. sad

I actually had two copies but recently had to downsize everything in my life. I threw out lots of stuff, regretably, I think I may have thrown out those classic articles from Spin, People, and all the rest which meant something to me. I might still have the articles but I'll have to look. The people article where he wrote a nutty letter and everyone had a field day with it, I had, funny how no one remembers that now. Michael did so many eccentric things that we lost track of it all. Mike's my man, always has been, I never cared for what anyone said about him. You know why?? Because, I'm a freak like him, I can't fit nowhere, and I felt a little better knowing I ain't the only guy who can't fit into these stupid boxes everyone tries to squeeze us into.

okay I know alot of you people think i'm crazy, but i just have to share this with you. Its for all you guys who still think theres a chance klein is the father of the kids. Yes i know it doesnt matter but i just want to share this. just to show you how deceitful the media is.

i'm sure you've all seen this picture. well i can tell you for certain US weekly doctored this photo to back their little lie that prince and paris are kleins.

I just saw that same picture on larry king live in what appeared to be it's original state. the picture was much clearer and had better lighting. and you could see plain as day that prince and paris were both darker than klein. in fact the were the darkest people in the pic(beside blanket) they were even darker than kleins gay white lover. you could see klein had a pinkish color like most white people are prince and paris had olive skin. and this was in DECEMBER so you can't just say its just a tan. i;m not arguing that mj is the father( even though as you know i think he is). i just saying theirs no way klein and rowe would have 2 children that are darker than both of them. and have you noticed princes lips, yes i know white people can have full lips but klein and rowe both have thin lips. where did he get his lips from?

i find it disgusting the tactics US weekly used. they blurred those pics on purpose so people couldn't see the kids look nothing like klein. and they made the clearest pic of the kids really small in the magazine so you couldn't see their facial features. larry king had this new picture of prince smiling real big from that christmas. and i swear he looked just like michael when he was little. i had to do a double take.

did ANYONE see larry king tonight? does anyone agree with me? i wanna hear your opinion. and please don't bash me. i'm being serious with these questions

Over the weekend I started going through archive boxes and boxes of stuff I had collected over 30 years of being a fan. So glad I kept all those magazines now when I was tempted to get rid of them. So many, I guess rare, magazines and items over the years, and yes still have my first edition Moon Walk and Dancing The Dream. Both great reads. I do think the last few pages of Moon Walk will hit extra hard now and feel rather poignant.

Waiting on it all to arrive.

It was a huge deal at the time, the Bad era, right when he still was seen as somewhat normal. The title was something like "A frenzied letter from Michael". I'm sure I still have it, just haven't gotten around to looking for it. I also had the People mag from 87 "He's back and he's bad, is this guy wierd or what?" Quincy Jones said he was the normalest guy he knew. The Spin article was a gem, I know I saved it. It had him with Run DMC, fascinating article, even bringing Prince up, saying Michael was Cab Calloway to Prince's Ellington (Which won't be the way he's remembered, I'm sure). I'll have to dig it out, it's been over twenty years since I read it. I recently even threw Prince interviews out, just don't really have any choice but to throw out everything I can't use right now. Hated to do it too, but oh well, I have my memories.

Michael wasn't being paranoid because of drugs. I'm not saying he never used drugs, nor am I in denial that he abused them. But, there was a MUCH deeper issue a LOT of people didn't know about. Michael had Sony documents that they were going to take him down, one way or the other. He also found out that Dieter Weisner (last name sp??) was hired by Sony to take the rights to Michael's name AND his right to attorney. Dieter was one of Michael's bodyguards. He was the white guy with white hair a few years back for those of you who are big fans. Anyway, Dieter asked Michael for the rights to MJ's name and got them. I don't know what the HECK he said to Michael to make Michael agree to that, but to this day, Dieter owns the name "Michael Jackson." So his image and his name on shirts, etc...Dieter owns that, not Mike. Sad. Then, Dieter started asking Michael for his right of attorney, which means if anything ever happened to Michael (death, jail time), Dieter would take of the control of his assets--including the Sony/ATV catalog. Michael said no (THANK GOD), and started to get suspicious, so he investigated Dieter. That's when they found a paper trail of evidence, and Dieter was fired. That's when Michael started to get paranoid. Apparently, Sony wanted to kill Michael, but there was a paper trail of evidence, and they knew they couldn't get away with it. And, supposedly, the mother and kids (last accusers) and maybe the DA got paid BEFORE the trial...BY SONY. The plan was to lock him behind bars so that they could take over his assets. There was a clause in his contract that says something like--if Michael's image deteriorates so much that he shouldn't be in control, they would regain possession of his half of the catalog. Sounds crazy, I know. But I asked a member of the Jackson family (who shared this with me during the trial)--why would they KILL him?? And the person said--Look, people kill people every day for hardly any money at all...for just a thousand dollars. Do you realize that in (I forgot how many) years, that catalog will be worth BILLIONS of dollars?? Do you know what people would do for BILLIONS of dollars?? And...he had a point. There is MUCH more to the Sony saga than we know, but it's TRUE. Michael had evidence. THAT is why Michael was paranoid about eating or drinking. He knew the trial was started by Sony. And, he had already had one person around him that couldn't be trusted. (Now, it's VERY apparent he had LOTS of people around him with ill intentions.) How could he trust people, besides those few that have been with him from the start?

I remember a day Michael stopped to talk to us in his car in front of the gates to go into Neverland. He rolled down the window and IMMEDIATELY started yelling to us--"IT'S A CONSPIRACY, IT'S A CONSPIRACY!!!" He was sooooo....distraught. It shocked us. We just stood there stunned for a few seconds and said--"Michael...we know." We thought he was trying to tell us he was innocent and being set up. We were like--DUH. Why do you think we are out here?? lol But, now knowing what I know...he wasn't just talking about being innocent. He was talking about SONY. And, if you look back at pictures from the trial, there were a few fans that had posters with things about Sony. One of them said "F*CK SONY." They knew...

Things aren't always what they seem, guys.

Yeah, right. Sony conspired to kill Michael Jackson. And we were never on the moon.

*sigh* LOL OK, man. Whatever you say.

I didn't say Sony killed him. *I* think the doctor f'ed up, got scared, and didn't want to call an ambulance because the doc knew he would go to jail. So, he f'ed up some more and watched Michael die and THEN called the ambulance (I mean, what do you do w/ the world's most famous man's body?).

I think LaToya believes it was some sort of conspiracy (maybe just with AEG, who knows) because of the whole Sony drama that went down years earlier.

I know it sounds crazy, but the Sony stuff is true. And, if you don't believe me...*shrugs*...oh, well. But, I didn't get my info from anyone but direct sources--people that worked and lived with Michael and things Michael has said himself. I posted that because it was in reference to what Dick Gregory was talking about. It wasn't in reference to MJ passing away.

Are you saying Sony really were behind the molestation charges and all the rest?? Just asking, tell us more please. Sounds farfetched, but I'm open minded.
