Confirmed: Jacko's secret son

Michael Jackson’s father Joseph has confirmed that the singer did have a secret son.

Jospeh was responding to recent media speculation suggesting Michael had fathered Omer Bhatti, now 25, in an one-night stand in Oslo in 1984.

“Yes, I knew he had another son, Joseph told NewsOne/TVOne.

“He looks like a Jackson. He acts like a Jackson. He can dance like a Jackson. This boy is a fantastic dancer.

The claims come after Bhatti denied the rumours last week, saying instead that the late singer was his best friend.

Other reports to emerge today suggest that Michael’s mother Katherine is to take full custody of her son’s three other children, Prince Michael, Paris Katherine and Blanket.

Warrants for Jackson's doc call singer 'addict'

LOS ANGELES — Search warrants served at the Las Vegas home and office of Michael Jackson's doctor show investigators think the pop star was an addict.

The warrants, served Tuesday and filed in court Thursday, targeted Dr. Conrad Murray. They say investigators wanted to seize any evidence relating to the sale and shipment of the powerful anesthetic propofol (PROH'-puh-fahl).

The warrants say authorities were seeking evidence supporting a manslaughter charge and medical rule infractions including "prescribing to an addict."

A law enforcement official has said investigators are working under the theory propofol caused Jackson's heart to stop. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation is ongoing.

Michael Jackson's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray - the man who's knee deep in Michael Jackson death investigation - has had several brushes with the law, and now, RadarOnline.com has obtained his mug shot stemming from his arrest on domestic violence charges in 1994.

The incident involved his then-girlfriend. The doctor did stand trial, but was acquitted.

Although Murray got off back in 1994, Murray has twice been ordered to jail, as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported Wednesday.

Murray was sentenced to 10 days in jail on April 29 of this year for non-payment of child support. He was sentenced to 25 days in jail in 2007, also for non-payment of child support. Both sentences were connected to a son he fathered in California with Nenita Malibiran, RadarOnline.com learned. Murray did not go to jail either time; the sentences were stayed while he provided more financial information. He eventually paid enough money to avoid jail.

Investigators have focused on Murray in connection to Jackson's death as sources have reported the doctor administered the powerful anesthetic propofol to the singer. Asked by RadarOnline.com if he gave Jackson the drug, Murray refused to answer, through his lawyer.

A RadarOnline.com investigation revealed that the doctor has a messy personal life and has fathered many children outside of his (second) marriage.

Court records show that, over eight years from 1999 to 2007, Murray did not make any child support payments to his son by Malibiran.

And RadarOnline.com can also exclusively reveal that a second woman, Janice Adams, is accusing Murray of fathering two daughters with her in Las Vegas.

One source familiar with Murray says: "In a deposition given 10 years ago, Murray admitted to fathering six children and said that, although his wife and two children were in San Diego, Ca., he was living with another woman in Phoenix, Az."

Murray is married to Blanche, his second wife. But at least one person says that hasn't slowed down his social life.

Four years ago, Murray was partying with a different girlfriend. Vegas model Maggie Goldstein told a reporter: "I was one of 10 models and promotions girls hired by Conrad Murray to fly to a Trinidad and Tobago resort in 2005 to publicize a new energy drink, Pit Bull, that Murray was producing with a partner.

"Conrad had a ball. He was up into the early hours, drinking, having fun and posing bare-chested with the girls.

"He brought along a girlfriend, Bridget, a black singer from Los Angeles.

"I was shocked to later find out he was married."

Whether Dr. Murray will face charges related to the shocking death of Michael Jackson remains to be seen. Murray's Vegas home was raid on Tuesday and his office in Houston was raided last week.

Meanwhile, autopsy results on the pop icon are expected to be released next week.

Los Angeles police detectives and federal drug agents were looking for a powerful anesthetic that may have played a role in Michael Jackson’s death when they executed search warrants on Dr. Conrad Murray's Las Vegas home, office and storage unit, according to copies of the warrants released Thursday.

The investigators who spent more than eight hours combing through Murray’s properties were targeting an array of documents related to the treatment of Jackson, including “records, shipping orders, distribution lists, use records relating to the purchase transfer, receiving, ordering, delivery and storage of propofol,” read the warrant signed by a Nevada District Court judge.

Propofol is a general anesthetic that renders surgical patients unconscious in seconds. It is intended for use in surgical suites and operating rooms. Police recovered large quantities of it from Jackson’s home and the Drug Enforcement Administration has been in contract with the drug manufacturer in an attempt to track a specific lot number of the medicine, which is also known by its brand name, Diprivan.

It is unclear from inventories of the searches if authorities recovered any documents related to the anesthetic. An inventory from Murray’s medical office submitted to the court said detectives seized copies of five computer hard drives, a portable “thumb” drive, binders containing information about Murray’s medical supplies and equipment and a CD labeled with a pseudonym Jackson used, Omar Arnold.

A source with knowledge of the search said the disc contained records of an electrocardiogram of Jackson’s heart. The search warrant cleared investigators to seize information in the names of 19 different aliases Jackson may have used in health matters.

At Murray’s home, searchers took an iPhone, copies of information from another mobile phone and a BlackBerry, and a copy of a personal computer hard drive, according to an inventory. No items were taken from the storage unit, investigators wrote. The warrants also indicated investigators are considering a wider range of charges against Murray than the manslaughter count they referred to in documents filed last week in a search of the doctor’s Houston properties.

A detective wrote that he and colleagues were looking for evidence “demonstrating the crimes” that included excessive prescribing, prescribing to an addict, unprofessional conduct and manslaughter. Those charges include violations of the penal code and the state business and professions code. Murray was performing CPR on Jackson when paramedics arrived at his Holmby Hills chateau June 25th. He has said through his lawyer that he didn’t administer anything to the performer that “should have” caused his death and is eagerly awaiting toxicology results to be released next week.
