Public Enemy tribute to MJ + Fuji Rock review

Ok so I went to the Fuji Rock festival here in Japan. I have never seen such a beautiful setting for a 3-day music festival before.

Highlights:

Public Enemy tribute to MJ (Flavor Flav did not make it bcuz of a visa issue)

Bad Brains (band sounded great but H.R. - their singer - was BAKED!!!!!)

Robert Randolph (incredible + he also did Don't Stop til You Get Enough by MJ)

Weezer (a crowd favorite now that Rivers Cuomo lives with his family in Japan)

but by far the best performance was given by Ben Harper and Relentless 7

had never seen Ben before but in addition to playing a lot from his new album, he threw in some Hendrix and Zeppelin covers as well
