Yep, Tupac sampled that for "I Wonder If Heaven Got A Ghetto".

He was a big fan of Cameo and funk in general.

He also sampled Cameo's "She's Strange" on his track "Young Niggaz".....he sampled "Sparkle" on the original version of "Loyal To The Game" and the most popular instance of him sampling Cameo, of course would be the usage of "Candy" for "All About U".
