I love this song and album Timmy. Eddie Kendricks
stamp is all over this album. I think David had just
joined the group prior to the recording of this album.
I found the original vinyl album at my mom's house
a couple of months ago and bought it home. It plays
fairly well but lots of scratches. I was like damn this
is a good album so i got it on cd. It has standout songs
like Since I Lost my baby, The Girl's Alright with me,
Girl why you wanna make me blue, Born to Love you, and
Don't Look Back with Paul Williams singing lead.
Smokey Robinson along with some of his fellow Miracles
wrote some of the tracks on this album. Classic stuff here.

Yeah this is definitely when Eddie was "the lead". But you can tell David was just ready to bust (or at least Motown was more trusting that David will take the group over the top). But yeah you're definitely right about those songs especially "Don't Look Back" and "Since I Lost My Baby"! nod
