Dhani Harrison Has Grown

Into a fine young man. I'm sure his father is very proud. He was on the Tonight Show talking about and demonstrating the new Beatles Rockband.

I haven't seen him since the day George Harrison was inducted into the RRHOF! wink

I just adored the look on his face when the guy in the red hat was doing his thing like nobody's business! giggle
I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart.

No one will ever be more like a "beatle" than Julian. The look and the sound even in his speaking voice is "john", his sense of humour. Its so ironic though, as Julian said "i only saw dad about 5 times after he divorced mom".

Yeah I remember when he said that on "Behind the Music", I was like "word?" I feel bad for him because I knew he desperately wanted a relationship with his father.

Yeah it always bothered me that some people thought he was being petty about things. But hearing him say that he had to go to Beatle Auctions and buy his dad's stuff BACK with the money his dad left him, i mean imagine that just from a moral standpoint not just being famous, if you had to buy back personal things of a loved one because the person that had control of the stuff, just felt it should be auctioned off and not offered to you, his child. Julian is a very deep guy, ive seen tons of interviews with him and some very recent, hard to believe he is going on 45 now.

I know it's terrible how they view him when he's only looking out for his father (and his family's) legacy. And yeah Julian don't even look 46 (I think that's his age now).

yes 46, forgot it was 2009 now lol! Ironically in one interview Julian said that what people dont know is that his mom (cynthia lennon) and himself were given almost nothing after the divorce, they fended for themselves, it wasnt one of these situations "where the wife got millions and millions" they were very average at best and had jobs and worked, and never bitched about it, though had this been todays climate of "so called" stars and kids, there would be lawsutis all over the place

Yeah I read on that too. Julian & Cynthia were left with nothing. I don't even think John had a will when he suddenly died.

I wonder how that's all going to play out now that Michael is gone? What's going to happen to his share of the Beatles catalog? Is there anyway that the surviving Beatles along with the spouses and children of the other Beatles can get together and fight for what rightfully should belong to them?
