i know it's a remix and it's so fashionable to leave the actual singer and the lyrics out of remixes these days, but this is just plain dull even on a remix level.

these days it's hard to tell the difference between a main mix and a dub mix.

Yeah it seems like its total filler, but im reserving judgement until i hear the single version. Then again, its a contractual obligation, she'll just want to get the whole GH thing outta the way.

I heard the dub remix on a Madonna forum. I think it's good and catchy, a great summer dance song. It reminds me of some stuff on Confessions. It's certainly superior to most of the stuff on Hard Candy, Madonna's worst record ever and the only Madonna record I never listen to.

And her last effort for Warners. Seems like the relationship was going very south for the last few years so having even some new tracks for a hits set was nice for the fans (even if they won't be great). Oakfield was maybe a good choice for some one off songs....Can't imagine this relationship continuing for the next album, which will hopefully be great.

there was a rumor a few months ago that Live Nation doesn't actually want to be in the record business and may farm out distribution/promotion of her next album to WB.

she makes more money off the tours than the albums anymore so she probably doesn't care.

I hope this isn't the direction that her next album will go in.Oakenfold's music is stale and boring.

SoulAlive, seems to me, that we both are two of HC's BIGGEST fans, no?

What many don't realize is, that especially PW brought the black/pop quality of her first record back. He brought the fun back, melodies, fun!

I can't stop comparing HC to the wanna-be dance album COADF, which so many love. I was more into Prince when it was released, so don't connect personal memories with the album, but I still think about it what I did 4 years ago: 4 amazing pop songs, and the rest??

I have nothing against Eurotrash as you call it, but I prefer actual melodies and so far the chorus is sooo boring and the chords, the instrumentation is nothing special, no surprises as there were with songs like Incredible (!!! do you remember the mega-surprise the second part kicked in)??

I just think that the Europop (or Eurodisco, whatever you call it) sound is played out.All of Madonna's remixes are in this style.Paul Oakenfold does remixes for all of her singles. This is not a new, exciting collaboration,it's just more of the same. This is one reason why I enjoy 'Hard Candy' so much...at least it was a different direction for Madonna.
