I'm tired of hearing and reading about him.

I like some of his music though.

I think what could be construed as "being sick of MJ" is really just growing tired of seeing the same handful of videos and media clips over and over.

I'd like to see some vintage or rare stuff, like The Wiz, Captain EO, Moonwalker, even the Ghosts video for a change.

Tired of the constant news stories and gossip disguised as real news.

Tired of all the people that jumped on the bandwagon after he left here. (I'm not a fan, BTW)

Tired of all the records that got sold after he died and the people that didn't buy them while he was here.

Tired of some of his fans making excuses.

Tired of all the fake celebrities that wanted to just be seen at his memorial service that didn't know the guy.

Tired of all his supposed friends and some of his family being vultures and selling every story and every picture.

So NO I HAVE NEVER AND WILL NEVER BE TIRED OF MICHAEL JACKSON. I have been listen to his music since i was a little kid and its always new to me, no matter how many times i listen or hear it. I want him back, i don't even care if michael never performed or sang again, I just want him here with us.

Like most people, I was a huge MJ fan in adolescence, then in later life enjoyed putting on an album every once in a while but not often. But the recent massive exposure of his material has really made it blatant how samey it all is, from Off the Wall right up to Invincible. He basically had about 4 types of song, that he would endlessly recycle album after album, with identical sounding production values.

Also, with crushing inevitability, the "King Of Pop" tag, which his management struggled to foist upon the media in the 90's, has now stuck. "King of Video" is a more accurate accolade. The guy was the first and greatest Video Star.

I usually go through a Michael Jackson period every 6 months. My last one was in January so his passing was just in time for me to be going through another one of my MJ periods.

I also go through a Nirvana period about every 6 months.
