They said also that Joe kicked Michael in the balls twice when MJ was a child and that caused him to have fertility problems as an adult. sad Shit had me crying in my car dammit. I can't stand that bitch ass Jo. I know people cut him some slack for getting his kids in the biz but come on...a talent like Michaels was bound to find it's way into our hearts. He would have been something special anyway be it music, dancing, medicine, teaching etc. He's a virgo, those signs are associated with service and the arts. He was going to have an impact on the world in some way, shape or form.

They said he chose Arnie because Arnie had such a high IQ level and was a genius and aced tests without having to study in college.

He wanted his kids to be intelligent

I remember in the Bashir interview how Michael said he wanted to know if the mother of blanket was intelligent and had good eyesight.

AEG And Jackson Estate Seek Deal To Release Documentary
July 20, 2009

AEG Live and the estate of Michael Jackson are negotiating with several Hollywood studios, seeking at least $50 million in exchange for the theatrical-and-DVD distribution rights to a documentary about the final days of the late pop singer, according to people familiar with the matter.

The Los Angeles-based concert promoter is trying to offset the $30 million it spent to stage a series of concerts the late pop singer was preparing for at the time of his death, and make up for tens of millions of dollars in lost revenue from ticket receipts and sales of merchandise.

The documentary would be culled from footage shot by AEG as Jackson prepared for the tour. Jackson staged rehearsals at Staples Center, an AEG venue, and later site of his memorial service.

Among the studios named are:

Sony Pictures Entertainment
Twentieth Century Fox
Paramount Pictures
Universal Pictures

AEG and the Jackson estate would split fees, saying that while AEG shot the footage, the estate owns it, as it controls the rights to Jackson's name and likeness.

The report did not say that there was a definite front runner, but did note that Sony Music Entertainment does own the distribution rights to Jackson's music, which could play in Sony's favor.

Jackson died June 25.

I kind of figured that's how they'd release the footage and not like a concert dvd. hmmm

Exactly, people are going to wondering how the hell was he doing extremely well when he clearly had a prescription drug problem.

To me, he wasn't doing anything mindblowinly hard on the rehaarsal footage.

And yet its amazing how this was the best footage they could come up with out of all the rehearsal footage they had. confused

Aw HELL NAW! $50 million?! I feel like Ali when he went over to Zaire and asked how many people lived there and he said "22 MILLION!?"

Sony bids $50 million for Jackson rehearsal film

By RYAN NAKASHIMA (AP) – 24 minutes ago

LOS ANGELES — Sony Corp.'s movie studio has bid $50 million to acquire the worldwide distribution rights to a film based on rehearsal footage for Michael Jackson's "This Is It" comeback concert series, according to a person familiar with the bid.

The person said Monday that the bid came after several studios, including Paramount, Universal, 20th Century Fox and Warner Bros., were shown footage starting early last week. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because the bidding had not been completed.

The winning studio would produce the film with Jackson's concert promoter, AEG Live, and his estate.

It would go a long way to helping AEG Live recoup some of the $30 million to $32 million it spent producing the concert before Jackson died June 25.

Sony Pictures has a leg up on other bidders because Sony Music distributes Jackson's music and is in a 50-50 partnership with his estate in Sony/ATV Music Publishing.

The bidding was reported earlier by the Los Angeles Times and industry blogger Nikki Finke.

The estate and AEG Live are also negotiating with several television networks and pay-per-view outlets on a TV special that would be a stage show featuring Jackson's music and dancing. It would be directed by "This Is It" director Kenny Ortega.

The selling price being discussed for the rights to show the TV special is also in the tens of millions of dollars.

General Electric Co.'s NBC has been in talks on the TV show, but the concept, air date and cost for the rights has not been finalized, said NBC spokeswoman Rebecca Marks.

"We have no deal for the rights to the Michael Jackson special," Marks said.

Well, if the documentary was nicely done as you say with some input from the dancers etc. then, it would be cool. If it was about him focusing on his "life and personal issues" plus the footage, then it won´t be cool.

like i said it amazes me the people even fathom the idea that that ugly ass white man fathered those gorgeous children. That is such an insult to those children it makes me want to puke.

it kind of said how people just believe what the media tells them. those children look nothing like klein. NOTHING. i hear people say paris has his ears WHAT? first of all the only thing even alike about her ears to the doctors is that their big, and michael himself has huge ears so that means nothing. that doctors ears are pointed and lay on the side of his head. paris's ears stick out some and are ROUND not pointed. people try to convinced themselves those aren't michael's kids so bad they push them off on the first white man the media comes up with. don't you realize the media just probably chose klein to claim as the sperm donor cause he worked with debbie. they probably just randomly picked somebody to go into their ridiculous story. the the american people just ate it up as usual . cause most americans can't think for themselves they believe whater in written in black and white. no wonder the rest of the world
thinks were so stupid
[Edited 7/20/09 11:57am]

the same thing goes with the people swearing blanket looks like miko brando WHAT? how can you say blanket looks like brando when brando has TINY beady eyes. In fact he has asian type eyes and the gene for those eyes is usually almost always dominate. if blanket was brando's chances are he would have those same asian type eyes, but you would rather push blanket off on beady eyed miko than just admit that blankets BIG chocolate brown eyes are identical to michael's BIG chocolate brown eyes. it's so sad.
