How do we know if that is true though? Just like we should believe Randy Philips saying MJ was in perfect health and had the body of a 20 year old? If they were to admit that they hired Murray, they could be sued for millions of dollars by the Jackson family in a wrongful death suit. [Edited 7/22/09 18:45pm]

Maybe Michael couldn't do squat in rehearsals, and they were fearing losing money by cancelling concerts. And all they could come up for best footage to prove MJ was well is MJ doing marching steps to They Don't Care About Us on stage ?? It says a lot when they're planning to become involved in Michael Jackson's court hearing, and trying to rack in his estate. I don't know of any concert promoter who becomes involved in somebody's financial business court hearings. [Edited 7/22/09 18:57pm] [Edited 7/22/09 19:01pm]

I don't know of any concert promoter who becomes involved in someone's own financial business. Ilove MJ but he was an admitted painkiller addict. I believe Dr Murray was on the payroll doing his bidding and helping to supply his dangerous narcotics, which, by the way, will show up on the toxicology report.

He had a painkiller problem, of course. They were probably like our doctor will give what you dream of Michael, and then they had their own agenda to fulfil behind Michael's back. Its easy to take advantage of a person who's a painkiller addict. [Edited 7/22/09 19:02pm]

It's my understanding forensic toxicology testing generally takes 6 to 8 weeks to complete.

Michael It’s hard to believe that only yesterday I was writing about the loss of another icon. And the one I’m talking about today, of course, needs no introduction. Two weeks ago I had a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I want to share - not to exploit Michael’s tragic death or boast about meeting celebrities, but because it was such a magical moment that I knew I had to write it down. I was visiting a friend at his office here in LA, and he said to me, “Oh, you know who’s in the next room? Do you wanna meet Michael Jackson?” I thought he was kidding, but moments later, the King of Pop entered the room with his children in tow. Our mutual friend, obviously un-phased by Michael’s stardom, introduced us: “Michael, Kathy is big in the fitness industry. And Kathy, Michael is the best dancer in the world!” I had to stifle a laugh at this description - as if this were just another guy! Michael hugged me. As many people have observed in the news yesterday and today, he was small, childlike, fragile, and - like Farrah - soft-spoken and incredibly shy. What happened next is the truly unforgettable part. Our friend said to Michael, “You should really show Kathy how you dance.” And he did! Without a moment’s hesitation, Michael showed me some of his signature moves - a style that has obviously influenced performers (not to mention fans) for decades, and will for years to come. We talked for a while. He introduced me to his children - who were sweet, beautiful, and clearly adored their father - and he told me about canceling an upcoming concert in London. “The people were so mean,” he said, visibly upset. “Just so mean.” While our country, and our world, mourns and celebrates this legendary artist, I’m still in disbelief - not just that he’s gone, but that I was actually lucky enough to receive a private dance performance by Michael Jackson.

Loved this tribute to MJ & Dilla:
Shortly before his February 2006 death from lupus, J Dilla sampled "All I Do Is Think of You" for "Time", the instrumental from his acclaimed album, "Donuts".

I keep thinking back to when that fan wrote in her e-mail that people working on the tour didn't talk to Michael but carried on making the show as if they didn't care for him. And also by that poster- TheFaze and what they wrote about Michael. It really looks like Michael was not in the mood to do 50 shows. I feel so bad for him. It seems like those people weren't saying anything b/c of being afraid of losing their job by AEG. [Edited 7/22/09 19:33pm]

Or at least if it was reported as it was (and usually about 50% of reported stories are seen as unconfirmed reports/tabloids) with MJ saying he had only agreed to do ten, be dismissed as a rumor.

Yeah I heard that MJ did ask that Dr. Murray take care of him. Then again, who knows? [Edited 7/22/09 18:34pm] [Edited 7/22/09 18:47pm] I believe MJ was probably an addict, but that still doesn't explain why this Doctor has been acting so supicious and seemingly in hiding ever since MJ died. I would love to know why he waited 30 minutes before calling an ambulance or why he is said to have performed CPR on a bed instead of the floor? Or why he is said to have given MJ deprovin at his home? Michael couldn't have obtained that drug himself or injected himself with it. It's illegal to administor that drug outside of a hospital. I don't think Murray set out to hurt or kill MJ, but it seems to me that he did do something wrong. His suspicious behavior says it all to me. He knew MJ was dead by the time the paramedics got there and still insisted they take him to the hospital because he probably wanted to get rid of any incriminating evidence in the home. The LAPD shouldn't have let family or anyone go into the home, but I guess they weren't treating it as a crime scene then, but it's too late now I feel to find anything. I would be suprised if anyone is persecuted here. This whole thing is a circus. Michael had too many enablers and shady characters around him. Michael's life wasn't easy and it was full of confusion, so i'm not suprised that his death and the aftermath is playing out the same way .
