I am certified in CPR and we are taught that after 1 min of CPR you call for help. Also after a couple of minutes of CPR you could tire out- it wasn't possible for him to keep going for 30 min. wothout hyper ventilating himself. I think he was runnin around trying to save his ass- hiding stuff, etc... there was no reason why it should have taken that long to call for help. I AGREE, seriously...30 minutes!!!! do u know what i can do in 30 minutes and then excuses are so lame. he's been going to MJ's house almost everyday and he don't know the address he had a cell phone for pete's sake! and then CPR on the bed! and then he fled from the hospital like a coward this "doctor" makes me SICK Word Michael Jackson -- the KING of my heart

I don;t buy that shit, he didn't call because he didn't know the address either. it wasn't a secret hideout for goodness sake, wasn't TMZ there with footage of the ambulance leaving and a tour bus was stopping by? I don't know about murder charges but that is very fishy to me. even if he od'd on his own and was found by the good doctor- wasnt there at least an alrm to trigger ? ok he said he couldnt find a land line and that he didn't use his cell because he didn't know the address- if Michael Jackosn was dying in my arms I would have 911ed so fast on my cell phone - they would have had to use gps to find me or something. It would have been on record that I immediately called and they would have stayed online with me as I administered CPR or what ever else he did- until the police found me. That whole no phone mess is BS- the good doctor needs to go down 12/05/2011

BREAKING NEWS: Katherine Jackson Files New Court Action To Take Over Michael's Estate
Katherine Jackson has formally filed a petition with the court to be appointed as administrator of her son Michael Jackson's estate. She is petitioning under the Independent Administrations Estate Act. Court papers surfaced Wednesday and were filed in the matter by both Katherine and Joe Jackson, but only Katherine is requesting to be placed in charge of Michael Jackson's estate. ----->>>>> http://www.radaronline.co...EVISED.pdf A hearing is set for August 3rd, to determine who will be executor of the estate. Michael appointed John Branca and John McClean as executors in his 2002 will. They have also been named administrators over a previous court challenge by Katherine. Michael's will has a "no contest" charge, meaning anyone who contests it automatically gets cut out. On July 17, Katherine filed court papers seeking a determination if she could contest various provisions of Michael's trust without triggering the "no contest" clause. Despite those papers, her lawyer Londell McMillan issued a statement on July 20 saying that Katherine was not challenging the will. http://www.radaronline.co...els-estate

Daughtry’s Second Album Outsells Michael Jackson By Ben Sisario Finally, someone has outsold Michael Jackson. After three weeks in which Mr. Jackson’s albums have been more popular than anything new, Daughtry — the rock group led by Chris Daughtry, an “American Idol” alumnus — has scored a hit with its second album, “Leave This Town” (RCA). Released last week, it sold 269,000 copies in the United States, opening at No. 1 on this week’s Billboard album chart. Maxwell’s “BLACKsummers’night” (Columbia), which topped last week’s chart, fell to No. 2 with 103,000 sales; “Hannah Montana 3” (Disney) is No. 3 with 73,000; and the compilation album “Now 31” is in fourth place with 69,000. The “The E.N.D.” (Interscope) by the Black Eyed Peas holds at fifth, with 54,000, and the Dead Weather, Jack White’s new band, opened at No. 6 with “Horehound” (Third Man). Jackson albums are still selling, however. “Number Ones,” by far the most popular release in the country since Mr. Jackson’s death a month ago, notched another 192,000 sales last week, while “The Essential Michael Jackson” sold 125,000 and “Thriller” 114,000. Those sales numbers are better than any album this week except “Leave This Town,” but Mr. Jackson’s albums are too old to qualify for the Billboard 200, the standard album chart. Instead they register on Billboard’s pop catalog chart, where the top 12 slots are all Jackson-related. http://artsbeat.blogs.nyt...l-jackson/

What I don't understand is this, how can this be considered a manslaughter.
Manslaughter Means: Unintentional Homicide.....Right? But the doctor knew what he was doing, he knew the affect of the things and treatments that Mj was taking and how he performed CPR is really puzzling to me. Im not saying he is gulity, This whole thing confused me so much MICHAEL JACKSON

What the hell is this all about???
http://www.starmagazine.c...news/15865 It was one of the biggest mysteries of Michael Jackson's life and has lingered since his sudden death — just who is the mother of his youngest child? Now, after weeks of investigation, sources tell Star in a world exclusive that Blanket's mom is Pia Bhatti. In our Aug. 3 issue — on sale now — we have the first photo of the one-time dental hygienist, who lives with her husband in a graffiti-riddled suburb of Oslo, Norway -- miles from the glitz and glamour that surrounded the late singer -- and refuses all requests for interviews. "Pia was sworn to secrecy about Blanket," says one close Jackson source. "Michael always liked the mystique. He never wanted anyone to know the truth about any of his children." So who brought together Michael and Pia? Her son, Omer, who dazzled Michael with his moonwalk in 1996 and became so close to the pop legend that within weeks the boy was touring with the singer. The pair often dressed alike, and for years Michael even claimed Omer was his son. No one will officially confirm that Pia is Blanket’s mom, the source continues. "But you only had to see her with Blanket. She treated him as her own for one very good reason — he is."

"But you only had to see her with Blanket. She treated him as her own for one very good reason — he is." LMAO! This is some bull! There has been a lot of innuendo swirling around Omer and MJ, and a lot of internet commentators have suggested that Omer looks kinda like blanket (maybe it' the hair.) So, rather that let the idea of MJ having a semi normal sex life, having the ability to produce biological offspring, and making normal human mistakes gain too much ground, the tabs pull THIS out of their butts: the idea that Omer's mom is also Blanket's mom, oh and a surrogate to boot. Maybe they just surf the net all day to "find" these stories. On the bright side, if that is indeed Pia, the mother of Omer, we know that his father has to be a dark (skinned) man. Any pics of his daddy on the net? Michael never stopped!

Synopsis No one was closer to Michael Jackson at the height of his creative powers than Bruce Swedien, the five-time Grammy winner who, with Jackson and producer Quincy Jones, formed the trio responsible for the sound of Jackson's records - records that topped the charts and shook the world. Friend, co-creator, and colleague, Bruce Swedien was a seasoned recording engineer-plucked from a job at legendary Universal Audio in Chicago-when he began working with Michael Jackson and Quincy Jones on the soundtrack to The Wiz, and he was the master technician who gave the records their sound as the trio progressed to Jackson's greatest triumphs, Off the Wall and the iconic, history-making Thriller, which revolutionized music and video and fixed Jackson in culture as the King of Pop. In the Studio with Michael Jackson is the chronicle of those times, when everything was about the music, the magic, and the amazing talent of a man who changed the face of pop music-and culture-forever. In his laid-back style, Bruce Swedien offers anecdotes about being part of Quincy Jones' extended "family" and reveals the technical details of creating Michael Jackson's biggest-selling albums, as well as Bad, Dangerous, and HIStory. Including over 100 photos, In the Studio with Michael Jackson provides an insider's look that will thrill anyone interested in the nuts and bolts of hit making and the history of some of America's most influential music.
