I am certified in CPR and we are taught that after 1 min of CPR you call for help. Also after a couple of minutes of CPR you could tire out- it wasn't possible for him to keep going for 30 min. wothout hyper ventilating himself. I think he was runnin around trying to save his ass- hiding stuff, etc... there was no reason why it should have taken that long to call for help. I AGREE, seriously...30 minutes!!!! do u know what i can do in 30 minutes and then excuses are so lame. he's been going to MJ's house almost everyday and he don't know the address

I don't know about murder charges but that is very fishy to me. even if he od'd on his own and was found by the good doctor- wasnt there at least an alrm to trigger ? ok he said he couldnt find a land line and that he didn't use his cell because he didn't know the address- if Michael Jackosn was dying in my arms I would have 911ed so fast on my cell phone - they would have had to use gps to find me or something. It would have been on record that I immediately called and they would have stayed online with me as I administered CPR or what ever else he did- until the police found me. That whole no phone mess is BS- the good doctor needs to go down   12/05/2011

BREAKING NEWS: Katherine Jackson Files New Court Action To Take Over Michael's Estate
Katherine Jackson has formally filed a petition with the court to be appointed as administrator of her son Michael Jackson's estate. She is petitioning under the Independent Administrations Estate Act. After three weeks in which Mr. Jackson’s albums have been more popular than anything new, Daughtry — the rock group led by Chris Daughtry, an “American Idol” alumnus — has scored a hit with its second album, “Leave This Town” (RCA). Released last week, it sold 269,000 copies in the United States, opening at No. 1 on this week’s Billboard album chart. Maxwell’s “BLACKsummers’night” (Columbia), which topped last week’s chart, fell to No. 2 with 103,000 sales; “Hannah Montana 3” (Disney) is No. 3 with 73,000; and the compilation album “Now 31” is in fourth place with 69,000. The “The E.N.D.” (Interscope) by the Black Eyed Peas holds at fifth, with 54,000, and the Dead Weather, Jack White’s new band, opened at No. 6 with “Horehound” (Third Man). What I don't understand is this, how can this be considered a manslaughter.
Manslaughter Means: Unintentional Homicide.....Right? But the doctor knew what he was doing, he knew the affect of the things and treatments that Mj was taking and how he performed CPR is really puzzling to me. Im not saying he is gulity, This whole thing confused me so much MICHAEL JACKSON
