Because,unless you TELL them that's irresistable bitch they wont catch it..there's not many hip hop heads here..No one complains about Biz Markie using the bassline from "New Position" for his song "something for the radio". These guys were from south jersey and had a more famous hit "kick the ball"Back in those days if u sampled less than 3 seconds of anything you wouldnt be bothered.If that song came out today the Prince police would come and squash it..lol
