How times change..up until about even 3-4 years ago, the Best Buy in Laredo, TX had a good amount of music from artists. I mean, nothing like Virgin and shit, but it was decent. Now you only find releases that are extremely popular. Was there days ago. The only thing that they had an extensive catalog for was anything involving MJ. A shame. We had Sam Goody also until it closed up :S.

errant said: ha! you ought to see what one of the nearby Borders has recently done to their music section... it's completely gutted and crammed into a space that's roughly 1/4 of what it used to be.
BORDERS used to be THE place to get electro CDs that you'd otherwise have to go to some obscure trendy CD store to find. Now, it's just an empty shell of what it was just 3 or 4 years ago.

See, the thing about wal-mart's cds are that they are edited. They don't carry the dirty version of anything. And Borders used to be the only store to find ALOT of hard to fin cds. They were pretty nice with the special ordering too. Thank You San Alejo for getting rid of my enemies. :-0
