Talkin about people and our perceptions.... My brother was known for his unique "mix tapes". He was in his early 30's then and washing his car in our parents driveway blaring his music. At one point he went from Glenn Campbell, to Sarah Vaughan, to Tupac. I ran outside and I said, "You can't do.. play that"! He was like... "you like them too"! I saw this when the World Music Awards was originally shown in the UK but had totally forgotten about it. It's just... bizarre.  Lawd.it was a special moment...i remember watching prince's face when it was originally broadcast, too. it was one of the best moments of the night.
but i'm talking about THIS mess:  I think this is my least favorite hit song ever. I never understood it back when it came out and I still don't. WTF?
