There is a difference to having a few days here and there and having a full on childhood free from the pressures of recording schedules, rehearsals, more rehearsals and performances.

I think it's sad that for better or worse from age 9 onwards Michael pretty much had the pressure and livelihood of the whole family on his shoulders. Joe may have thought he was providing for his family, but the reality was that it was the little kid out the front that really was.

no, People have tried to fake their death over debts before but all Michael had to do was GO TO WORK and he'd be able to get himself out of any debt.

Plus to pull off something this big he'd need MONEY. too many people are a part of this to not be working for some cash.

Does anyone have the extended version of "Someone In The Dark" with the line

I never heard that part in my version
