Who are some underrated 60's/70's artists? Artists that we don't hear about. Thanks to some on hear I've been able to hear about Syl JOhnson and Betty Davis. Got anymore? Did Prince ever deny he had sex with his sister? I believe not. So there U have it..

You got any obscure funk/soul/rnb/hard rock artists? Hard rock: I really like the Pink Fairies' Never Never Land album from 1970, which is one of the most intense rock albums of the period. It's fast and aggressive with searing guitars. They shoulda been huge! Moby Grape is one from the 60s that I truly love, and think should have had more recognition than they ever got. Their first album is one of the most perfect ever made. If you like 60s rock stuff like Buffalo Springfield and the Byrds you gotta hear them. | |
