Vocally speaking - MICHAEL and JERMAINE, none of the others can really sing, and as much as I love JANET - she has 4 reasons for being such a huge star...

1)her surname
2)her looks
3)her dancing ability
4)JIMMY JAM & TERRY LEWIS (maybe that should be 5 reasons)

Seriously, if it was in an American Idol type scenario, MIKE would get thru, probably win it, JERMAINE would get thru at least the first round, but none of the other brothers or sisters would even get past the try-out stage, and in all honesty, of the 3 sisters, REBBIE has a slight edge (IMHO) vocally over LaTOYA and JANET, when she belts out "...and he's crawling like a CENTIPEDE" - that line alone is stronger than anything LaTOYA or JANET have ever done vocally in their careers.



Musically speaking, it'd have to be out of JERMAINE and RANDY.

Janet is the best female singer ever after Chaka Khan!

Janet is amazingly talented....Michael was flawed in being too much of a perfectionist....he stalled...his moves were amazing but were the same for the last 20 years. He really was the most talented but Janet is a close second!
