I's hard to rank the Jackson girls with the Jackson boys because they did 2 totally different things. Also, after listening to Randy some today, I'm thinking of switching him with Jackie in the singing department. Janet wrote the stuff she gets credit for (take a look at "Discipline" where she was totally left out of the process..,not a bad album but certainly missing a bit of her magic. She's talented and because some people prefer her music and style over Michael (I do as well) they might make the argument that she is more talented.

Michael - Obvious
Randy - His song writing skills are as good as Michaels, that alone ranks him second
Jackie - Ditto for Jackie, and hes second to Michael on the hottness scale
Jermaine - Love his voice, a bit turned off by his personal life, and I'm not sure about his songwriting skills
Tito - Great musician but lacks most of the other things
Janet - I don't think shes as talented as most the brothers, but shes a great perfomer. Which is a talent in itself but I think songwriting trumps it
Marlon - I don't think his dancing was that great, but hes a great guy
Rebbie - Singing wise as talented a Janet, but not as good of a performer
Latoya - She could of been a commercial model, or even an actor, but should have stayed far away from music
