She dont have to apologize IMHO. It was a memorial service and she deserved to greive like everyone else does. Everyone has emotions. Mariah did a great job nevertheless

As soon as she started singing I knew she was going to blow it. However, I don't criticize her for it. I would not have been able to do it if I were a singer. I didn't watch the memorial but I checked out the performances on youtube. I thought she was horrible and I did not think she was overcome with emotion either. Then again, I have always hated her version of this song.

The fact that Mariah offered an apology is very very self centered, who gives a fuck, someone died and im hearing about Nick and Mariah offering apologies?
