not because her pipes sounded great. they didn't.

but because for the first time EVER, i was watching mariah perform and i BELIEVED what she was singing. she wasn't just being a showoff diva, the song was coming from her heart and getting ripped from her guts. i'm not a mariah fan, but i was glued to the screen when she sang. i thought it was amazing and raw and real. good for her. she has nothing to apologize for as far as i'm concerned.

She is a stupid ass. I was telling my mom that she better be choked up and not be tryin to do some stupid ass acrobatics with her vocals. in the 90s when she did this song it was amazing and slammin cuz she just sang it. I'm gonna brick her if she's forgotten how to do that

You've gotta give it to Mariah. She is one of the only bangable divas in the game, which is why I'm alarmed to be informed there were tittie troubles the other night. Say it ain't so!

It could have been worse. They could have asked Whitney to perform a tribute. Thank goodness that didn't happen! That would have been an atrocity!

IMO when she first started off in her career, she was singing from her soul and wasn't worried about being a "showoff diva"... So i can't say this is her best performance, because i have seen her just sing her heart out and it was amazing.

I could believe it had to do with her being upset, but she has been sounding like this for the last two years, so what is her excuse for her recent performances.
