Help Please? I need to know what song this is!! Heard it on a local tv show... voice sounds kinda familiar but I can't figure it out! It is a male artist/group and is sung in a falsetto voice kinda like O'Bryan or Ollie & Jerry. I'm guessing it's from between '83-'86. Here are some of the lyrics:
"You've teased me for the last time girl You've got my world in a whirlwind and I just can't stop grinnin' You've got the funnest style sweet girl With the beats drop down, gonna get down 'Til the last song don't stop spinnin' (chorus) You're spinnin' my way (spinnin' my way) And I've waited for so long for you to come along"... Did some research.The 80s R&B group Champaign has a song called "Spinning" but I'm not sure if it's the song you're looking for. | |

hey Paul,is the song uptempo or a slow jam?
Black Ivory has a song called "Spinning Around" but it's a slow jam from the early 70s. The Main Ingredient also has a song with that title. | |

Well, it's definitely not Black Ivory's 'Spinning Around'. The lyrics don't match  On the Org since 2005.

'83-'86 is not really my forte, but if I think of anything, I'll let you know On the Org since 2005.
