It depends on who's doing the asking/answering. biggrin "Haze" was his 1st big hit w/ the heads, but "Watchtower" could easily take it's place in popularity. It was his mainstream hit.

I'd say "VooDoo Chile (slight return)" and "Little Wing" would qualify as signature tunes. Purple Haze is up there, but "Little Wing" seems to be covered more often than most of his other tunes. IMHO, "Wing" is quintesential Hendrix.
