Did Michael tour for OFF THE WALL and THRILLER?
I ask this question because I notice that on the Jacksons Live lp from 1981, the bulk of the songs are from OFF THE WALL. I know that OFF THE WALL was released 8 months or so before TRIUMPH so I find it odd that Michael would do a full fledged OFF THE WALL tour and then turn around and perform those same songs prominently on the TRIUMPH.
The same with the VICTORY tour. I notice that a lot of the songs from the VICTORY tour is from OFF THE WALL and THRILLER. Matter fact, I dont think they did any songs from the VICTORY album on the VICTORY tour. If Michael had just come off a THRILLER tour, why would he use the same songs on the VICTORY tour. That doesnt make sense..so it leads me to beleive that he didnt tour as a solo act for OFF THE WALL or THRILLER. Someone clear this up for me...
