I saw that coming. The quality of the magazine has been falling for years. I used to subscribe to it but I had to stop cause it was just getting really bad. Maybe if it didn't become an almost completely hip-hop magazine, it may still be up and running. Guess we'll never know.

The music biz in general is going the way of the Edsel.

As someone that works in the publishing industry, I think all magazines' days are numbered. I need to find a new line of work.

Good riddance! I also used to subscribe to Vibe but I had to cancel to subscription several years ago.It became nothing more than a lame shit hop magazine,focusing mostly on lousy rappers and weak R&B singers.

I remember when they were subscription worthy. So will they going to have an MJ issue or no?

I see them making an MJ issue and then ending it.

I was thinking the same exact thing. I bought many an issue of "Right On", "Black Beat", and "Rock and Soul" back in the 1980s but the one and only issue of "Vibe" I bought in their entire existence, was the issue with Prince in it. Hell, that magazine came out from the very first issue after music had already turned to bullshit.
