Incubus Cover Lets Go Crazy I don't think this has been mentioned as I could not find a thread on it...
Incubus cover Lets Go Crazy on their new release that is a two CD set that includes a best of CD and new music including the last song being the cover. They do a very good job on this cover and apparently have been playing it live for a while now. The lead singer Brandon Boyd says this song gave him a huge boner when he was 12  The greatest live performer of our times was is and always will be Prince.

I've never been a big fan, but I thought they did a solid job with this. * * *

I've always felt Incubus does things their way.. and i certainly thought there would be more of their sound in the cover.. i thought it was a half baked idea.
however, Some of their albums contain some great music | |

I thought they could have done a better job of really making it their own. It is cool,though and the guitar playing is as close to prince's as u can get!mike really does a great job. Incubus is an awesome band! I also love how they have unreleased songs on the cd(that are great) then,u can d/l more on their site!!great band!! "I'm a pig..so,magic elixir I swill" | |

I'll agree with you on this one especially where the guitar playing is concerned. Before listening, I thought I would have been disappointed, but instead, I was pleasantly surprised. | |

I'll agree with you on this one especially where the guitar playing is concerned. Before listening, I thought I would have been disappointed, but instead, I was pleasantly surprised. Totally agree...they defintely could have done a better job making it their own but the fact they cover it so closely is pretty cool too! Also the fact that they are offering access to their 'vault' is very nice and also a bit of a nod to Prince too! or maybe i posted about it on facebook... not sure i met brandon a couple of years ago and asked about this. hearing it on the cd it's strange it's fun is it good? maybe not the best yeah they should have personalised it more i don't see their fans digging it but i know i'd love to hear it played live when being at an incubus show  You saw the apple
