Looks aside, I just thought he was a bit immature and rough around the edges. From interviews and things I've seen with him I just never imagined him with someone. Ever. Especially someone like Janet. His looks just added to a personality that didn't seem appealing as a romantic partner. But of course I don't know either one of them.
